The Mulligan House in Pinehurst is located in the middle of several different golf resorts. It is only a 5 minute drive to Pinehurst resort and the village of Pinehurst and 6 mins from downtown Southern Pines. You are only a hop away from all restaurants and several pubs. There are 3 breweries that are minutes from the house. You can play golf during the day, have a bite to eat, have a drink at one of the pubs then relax in the big hot tub surrounded by lights. Property is private but convenient to everything. Property has plenty of room to accommodate 1 person to groups of 12-15 guests depending on your preferences.
