A very good hotel. The place is large and spacious. The food in the restaurant downstairs is delicious. There is a free shuttle bus that can take you to nearby places. The environment is peaceful and it is highly recommended.

I like the lobby close to Eastman School of music  pretty good location  and has hot water very luxurious and yummy Japanese restaurant nearby and some light snacks for free come get your money worth but no breakfast sadly 

A very happy and enjoyable stay over there. Have to praise excellent service provided by the professional and friendly Staff as well as the Personnel for keeping the room clean and tidy. The food was fresh and tasty. All the facilities this place has offered highly satisfied the expectations.

This hotel is in an excellent location right next to the Rochester International Airport. It is easy to get to and from the airport in a matter of seconds. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. My flight left before breakfast was served so I cannot comment on that. The room was spacious and had all I needed.

Excellent hotel in Webster/Rochester. Definitely will stay again if I come up to the area. The hotel was very convenient by car, the staff was excellent and everything was very clean.

The room is very clean and tidy, the price is a bit expensive, there is this hotel near the school, there are many business receptions, it is a monopoly. You can make an appointment to pick up and drop off the airport shuttle

The hotel rooms are clean and new. There are two electric charging posts here, which is not indicated anywhere when I booked. Having the ability to charge my car to full while staying in Rochester for the Strong Museum of Play makes this a great experience.

Bad experience with this hotel. Booked a room for my son as he was travelling there. Returning from dinner after 7pm, he could not get back into his room as his card key does not work. The front desk looked at it and said there was a problem with the lock that only the maintenance personnel can fix. Problem is they do not have any maintenance people there and asked that he wait till next day! Imagine all his belongings locked in the room and he had to stay in another room for the night. To make things worse, the maintenance personnel came in next day only after 11am. This is in spite of us calling several times, escalating to the General Manager to chase up and demanding priority attention! It was very upsetting as my son’s phone battery was drained and could not get to his things that he needed to work in the morning. Fortunately, his flight out was the next day, else it would have been a costly incident. Overall, a very stressful experience.

 The room is OK as a whole, and the environment is not bad. The details of the hotel information on the Trip.com page are not accurate. The parking fee is actually not needed. The hotel will provide a QR code parking paper, but breakfast is required for one person. 14.9 US dollars self-service can also be ordered, and the price is about 12 US dollars. At least one person. In addition, it is not very convenient to have no slippers. Then the entrance of the hotel is really not very easy to find, he is not on a side street on the main street. The entrance to the parking lot is next to the hotel, but the navigation is easy to guide the error to pay attention.
