Find 3-Star Hotels in Lake County

It’s a nice hotel with good amenities like gym and pool. Breakfast is ok. Service is amazing and front desk is very helpful and responsive. Love the lemon lime water at the front.

Suite was comfortable and spacious. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was delicious. Kids loved the waffle maker.

There was a miscommunication with the booking dates, and unfortunately, I didn’t end up staying at the property. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue, but the staff I spoke with were unhelpful and showed little interest in finding a solution. This was my first time booking with this hotel, and it turned out to be a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t book here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others — especially given how unwilling the staff were to assist a first-time guest.

I checked in 2 hours in advance, but I was charged 80 per day. I thought it was a security deposit and would be refunded after check-out, but it has not been refunded until today. Of course, I only asked if I could check in early, not if it was free.

It’s a little hard to find the entrance off Lake-Cook Road, but the location is very useful. Near multiple expressways so it’s easy to get downtown, west or north. 

Chicago is so beautiful in the fall. The red leaves outside the hotel are also very beautiful. The front desk staff of the hotel are very nice and work quickly. Although breakfast is uniform across the country, the main course will still be changed tomorrow. There is a bakery opposite the hotel, which has a long history and good taste.

The hotel room is very large, we booked a two-bedroom room with a living room, 2 bedrooms, each bedroom has a separate bathroom and cloakroom, with kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, you can cook for yourself. 3 TV sets, our family of 4 lives in such a room more than enough ~

The services was great, the room is nice and tidy.

Stayed here for my son's bootcamp graduation. Had no issues with anything everyone here was very friendly. It's close to base and other amenities. It is in a buisness park so it was away from the craziness. Would definitely stay here again if I ever have to travel back to this area.

The location of the hotel was suitable for my family trip. It was convenient because it was close to the Wholefood market, Panera bread, TJ Max, etc. Unfortunately, it was the smell from the carpet (corridor) of the hotel. The staff were always friendly and overall satisfied.
