YYUEThe hotel feels new but the facilities are average. It is very convenient for daily life and you can cook by yourself. The breakfast provided by the hotel is really unable to insist on eating for two consecutive days, needs to be improved

GGuest UserFirst off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.

GGuest UserThe Assistant manager Monica was extremely helpful and an expert in the position she holds. She was friendly and our stay on the Hyatt was a very good one. The location of the hotel makes it a very good choice for the customers ıs near the hıghway, restaurants and shopping centers. Overall our stay was a pleasant one and ı recommend this hotel highly to others.

Note there is a $10 parking charge per day. This seems like a total cash grab for a hotel that is not downtown.

GGuest UserTrendy, urban kind of vibe. Stayed in a room with one king bed. Tile floors in the room. We had a view of I-25 and could barely hear any traffic. Impressive! Great bathroom with a walk-in glass door shower. Good and free shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower dispenser, and hand soap and hand lotion dispensers by the bathroom sink. They smelled really good and worked well too. I did t even use my own personal shower stuff. So much more efficient in the large bottles and less clutter compared to the tiny bottles of icky stuff nobody likes. We would stay here again, or any other TRU by Hilton, now that we know what to expect.

GGuest UserThe staff is friendly and really go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of during your stay. Even my cat liked it here. I was in a car accident while I was here. Everyone checked in on me to make sure that I was OK.
