The staff was very accommodating to get me in the room early for a conference call. Excellent staff. TV remote was wrong and they came up immediately to replace the remote.

Excellent hotel - good service, bed is soft, room is spacious & delicious breakfast!

My stay was great I was never hassled about anything everything worked, and I felt comfortable and safe. Too bad the breakfast is suspended because of the plague sigh although drinks are still available tho as for single women good luck... sp**** comes to mind.

Room was large and clean. Breakfast had good variety with both hot and cold options. Note there is a $10 parking charge per day. This seems like a total cash grab for a hotel that is not downtown.

The staff is friendly and really go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of during your stay. Even my cat liked it here. I was in a car accident while I was here. Everyone checked in on me to make sure that I was OK.

The breakfast was good and the service was good. Especially the uncle at the front desk has been very gentle, but I don't understand that the standard room and the big bed Ctrip have different prices but the same room type. I feel that Ctrip is very pit!

The front desk guy at check-in was a little slow - he had disappeared somewhere into the back, and it took him a while to come out to help us. There was a line several customers deep before he showed up. Once he came out and helped us, the process went quickly. The room was nice - all rooms are ”suites” and have a sitting area beside the bed area. The bed was huge and SO comfortable! We didn't utilize maid service since we were only there one night, but the room had been sanitized and was clean when we got there. (Signs are stating the room had been ”sanitized for your protection” in several locations.) There is no room service at this hotel, but many restaurants are close by for dining. We had a nice stay and will stay here again. We frequent this property once a month and have always had the same experience. I can recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, with fabulous service. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!!!
