The beds, pillows, and sheets were so comfortable. I had one of the best nights sleeps ever. The room was really clean and unique. Loved the design. The only thing was they didn't straighten up the room while we were out. They just changed the towels. I know some hotels do that now to save on cost but sometimes you like it when the cleaning fairies 🧚♀️ come and you come back to your beds made. To be honest...it didn't bother me. We will definitely be staying at Aloft again.

A normal chain hotel with good facilities and good hygiene.

I loved this hotel it was near any and everything I needed and wanted to do. The pool was closed which was understandable due to COVID. I really enjoyed my stay

It was a good place it was nice deposit is a little steep you'll get back when you check out but it takes to 14 days for you to get it back onto your card and I haven't even gotten my $100 deposit back and there was nothing took me from the hotel

Stayed here for the Dodgers game at Globe Life Park. It was last minute booking the hotel is in a pretty good location lots of restaurants around and the park only being like 1 mile from the hotel. Theirs a guy in their giving rides back and forth from there for a fee. The hotel is somewhat nice for the price but could be a little more cleaner IMO. Would stay again if the price is right.

I stayed there for 3 weeks feeling good! It nearby my working location and so many shops and restaurants around. The staff are nice and I love the room with kitchen, big fridge and stove. Not much choice for breakfast but taste good and have a funny waffle machine. However, something still made me feeling sad. I understand that cos of COVID no more daily room service. But for the long stay and specially room with kitchen, I feel sad that every time I back to the room the room is not cleaned... I need to call reception to request for cleaning within working hour. That's still fine but in the last week, I requested for cleaning, and then I found room is cleaned but have a shoe mark on the bed cover!!!!!! Since I back to hotel at night I can't ask to change it... I need to tolerance for a night and ask to change it the next day. I sleep on the bed that have a shoe mark and the area is close to my face.... I may stay again for location reason and the kitchen, but I hope that I can see improvement on cleaning service.

Honestly the room could have been better. It wasnt the room that we booked and we were separated from our companions, even though we booked as a group
