SSitti ZainabRoom amenities has improved since our very first stay here. They have kettle and coffee now plus their own Sol Y Viento Water bottle. Before it was just a simple water plastic bottle without any mark on it. The bed has now the design like in a hotel 😊 so thumbs up. These is our third stay here. On my first stay here, simply suggested to have kettle and coffee set on each room.

EESTEE GWA7I had an exceptional experience during my 3rd stay at Microtel South Forbes hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly ( thanks Ms. Marj and Ms. Aimerie ) and went above and beyond to make me and my wife feel comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and attentive to detail.
The room was spotless, well-prepared, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained the cleanliness impeccably, and I truly appreciated the little touches that showed great care.

Ootep 0513The hotel location is great, so peaceful and quiet. The food is ok. Staff are accommodating and friendly. There are few hotel guests, so the hotel is so quiet and almost our son is the only noisy kid at the time. There are 2 swimming pools, the large one is the regular, while the small one which is inside the hotel building is hot spring. The hotel is a bit old with small renovations. There are still covid-19 protocols posted on walls.

ききれいな豚The scenery of the resort is beautiful, there are very enthusiastic staff, the food in the restaurant is delicious, but the cleanliness of the room is poor, the bedding is a bit damp, the toilet water pressure is too low, and there are many mosquitoes in the room

GGuest User It's a sad looking hotel from the outside but it grew on me the two days I was there. Good AC, comfortable bed and semi-reliable wifi. The bathroom could have been a little bigger/better but I would stay there again.
