"I want to stress: I was here in the “off/typhoon” season. With that said: the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Plus there are other properties very close by equally a beautiful. Customer service even in the off season: really nice. The food: very nice. Bed: firm but comfortable. The not so good: again, there in the off season. I booked an economy room. It was tiny. Teny-tiny. Crab walk about the bed tiny. No place to put a small suite case tiny. So, I asked to upgrade my room. Which I did with ease and paying the difference. The staff even showed me the room first. More space but the cleanness was…not really there. I had to ask for hand soap, there were ants in the bathroom. And a general mold…almost everywhere in the bathroom. I would love to revisit in the future with a group. It would be a great getaway for a wellness retreat. It is a little oasis in a busy city. This visit was fine for what it was."
