Our home is only 3 years old and approximately 3000 sq ft. One of the amenities includes a huge terrace with breathtaking views. This gorgeous home is steps from the water with beach access. The house has a single entrance which is then divided into two separate and private self contained units with attached oversized garage. THE LOWER unit includes 2 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room and patio. The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom is also fully furnished with a queen size bed. Both the kitchen and dining room are fully equipped. The living room includes a convertible bed and satellite TV/DVD. This unit has a small private patio with a BBQ and access to the oversized garage/laundry area.The UPPER unit has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and private balcony. This unit includes two fully furnished master bedrooms both with their own bathrooms and queen sized beds. The third bedroom also fully furnished has a set of bunk beds and a queen size bed. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped (amenities listed below). Enjoy amazing views from every room on this floor.
