We stayed at Super Hotel Tottori Station North for 2 nights in a room with a bunk bed (bottom bed is a double), the hotel is close to the station and there are lots of dinner restaurants around. The hotel also offered a free drinks bar, free breakfast and a hot spring. The hot spring cycles between men and women and was of good temperature. A good option in Tottori!

This is a special hot spring hotel. We liked the wooden furniture can smell the original smell of wood. The breakfast is delicious. In addition to Japanese style, there is also bread. Coffee is also available after the meal. Unfortunately, there is no wifi equipment in the room, and it must be used in the lobby.

The bath was bigger than I thought, and it was in a rental condition in the morning and night.
The futon was very hard on the mattress, and I slept well.
Breakfast was not too much and not too little, and it was a good amount, and I was visually very satisfied.
Location is quite tight without a car, there are not many convenience stores and restaurants around.
The room was small and I was glad that there was a sense of security like my parents' home, but first I smelled the smell of the toilet. Also, the baby of g came out and it was a little disappointing.

It's a bit far from the station, but there's an underground passage with escalators in front of the station, which is convenient for people with luggage. The room is fairly spacious, but the layout isn't great... To fit three beds, there's only one path leading to the door... There's a hot spring, which is nice for relaxing, and breakfast includes mountain milk, but everything else is just okay. 😅

If you want location and restaurants then this is a 10/10. Tottori gotta be in the top 10 for Japanese restaurants. There’s so many great places to eat. Wish I had planned for an extra day. They are all within 1/4 block from hotel. And Tottori is a quiet town with 100% Japanese culture. Several small supermarkets and train station is a 5 minute walk. Hotel breakfast was better than most hotels and had a variety of options. Room was okay. The best thing about the room is it’s not missing a single thing. There’s even a small washer/dryer and vending machine next to elevator. I recommend staying 😃

Anonymous UserOverall, this stay was extremely disappointing.
Upon check-in, the hotel informed me of an additional 150 yen fee for the public bath, payable regardless of whether I used it or not. However, this charge was not mentioned on the booking page or before check-in, leaving me feeling like I was being charged a hidden fee.
Furthermore, I booked a women-only room, but the hotel assigned me to a room with male guests. This not only contradicted my booking but also made me quite uneasy. Although the hotel later changed my room, as a female traveler, I specifically chose a women-only room for safety and privacy reasons, and this mistake should not have happened.
Even more unacceptable was finding a flying insect (likely a cockroach) on my bed. Considering this is a newly opened hotel, such hygiene issues are shocking and raise serious questions about the hotel's cleanliness and management. I was so frightened that I remained uneasy even afterward, and even dreamt of numerous insects that night, waking me up in terror, severely impacting my sleep quality and overall stay experience.
The hotel's overall décor and environment are acceptable, and it does have a luggage storage area. However, luggage locks need to be obtained separately from the front desk, and the storage area is somewhat far from the beds, making it inconvenient to use.
Furthermore, the hotel does provide slippers (including disposable slippers and regular hotel slippers), but I specifically inquired before departure about this, only to be told that they were not provided. Therefore, I brought my own slippers, which were completely useless and took up unnecessary luggage space. The discrepancy between the hotel's information and the actual situation was frustrating.
However, it's worth mentioning that a non-Chinese staff member at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. When I raised questions and explained the situation, he remained patient and polite, actively offering assistance, demonstrating his genuine commitment to serving guests. This employee's performance was one of the few commendable aspects of my stay.
In summary, the hotel's facilities and décor are acceptable, but there is significant room for improvement in information transparency, room arrangement, hygiene management, and internal communication. In particular, assigning female-only guests to rooms occupied by men, and the discovery of suspected cockroaches and other hygiene issues in the newly opened hotel, are unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel is an adult hotel! However, it is very spacious, large and clean, the bathtub is huge and the shower is perfect!
In addition, they provide several products for you to use!
The only negative thing is that you always have to ask to open the door every time you return to the hotel because there is no key! They are the ones who control the entrance!!
