"A great hotel. Though the immediate area felt a little remote, it's very close to Fuji-Q Highland. Within walking distance, you can find small restaurants, a yakiniku buffet, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. The rooms were quite spacious, offering views of Mount Fuji from the window. Breakfast was also good, with a decent selection. As we had a private car, I'm not familiar with the public transport options in the area."

We mainly chose this hotel because we wanted to see the full view of Mount Fuji. The weather was bad when we arrived on the first day, and we were disappointed that we couldn't find any trace of Mount Fuji. Fortunately, there is a large department store Diaso opposite the accommodation, which is within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby. The landlord is very nice and prepared drinks for us. We bought food from a nearby supermarket and cooked it in the accommodation. It is fully equipped and has a washing machine and dryer. The accommodation building is three stories high, with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor are two Western-style rooms and a tatami room, a bathroom and a toilet. The rooftop on the third floor has tables, chairs and a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Fortunately we saw Mount Fuji clearly the next morning. Since there was an urgent report on the day of check-out and we needed to delay our departure, we asked the hotel to delay our check-out. The hotel was very nice and only paid an extra 1,000 yen for us to delay our check-out for one hour, which made it easier for me to complete my work. There are three parking spaces in front of the house. Even if the parking lot is full, it is not far away if you need to park in the nearby parking lot. It is only a five-minute walk away. If I visit this area again, I will consider this accommodation. "The location is decent. There's a shuttle service available to Fuji-Q Highland and Lake Kawaguchiko. You can also take a train to ****, and the train station itself doubles as a shopping mall with various shops and eateries. On the downside, the facilities are a bit dated, they still use physical keys for the rooms, and the area gets very quiet at night with no convenience stores nearby."

"Overall, we were extremely satisfied. It's conveniently located right behind Mount Fuji Station. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely Nordic design. The twin beds can be combined into one, which is perfect for families with kids. The shower has excellent water pressure, making it very comfortable."

"Strongly recommended! We returned after 6yrs and still the best hotel. The AMAZING view of Mt Fuji is definitely unforgettable. We are very lucky to see Mt Fuji every morning (4days) from our room. The room size is consider very big in Japan for 3 of us. Onsen is also one of the best places to visit in the hotel. Restaurants and convenient shops are walking distance less than 10mins. Ample parking lots available for hotel guest too."

"It's very close to Fujisan Station, and there are buses to everywhere. There are many restaurants nearby, but don’t go to the Grandpa and Grandma sushi restaurant next door. There is no price list and the prices are high. 30 pieces of nigiri sushi cost 18,000 yen. I feel like I was cheated. The fish people are good. The whole building looks like it is built on an iron frame. The room is on the second floor. You can go up from the iron staircase next to it. It is not the door in the photo. I have never entered from that way. The main contact is the grandma who built a tea shop next to the stairs. The room is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, heating pad, toilet and bathroom, and Mount Fuji can be seen when the windows are opened. The disadvantage is sound insulation and temperature difference."
