GGuest UserThe staff was very accommodating and flexible. The rooms were spacious, hygienic and had all the necessary amenities. The location was easy to find as well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay around this area.

GGuest UserAt first day fan was not working & we were insisted to change allotted room. Then when we told that we need two nearby rooms then it was repaired. Low water pressure

shower adjustment not working to fix it at required position while taking bath no exhaust in toilet bathroom bathroom has glass windows connected with bedroom which was just closed by pasting a newspaper

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with my experience. The room was not hygienic and dirty upon arrival. The toilet was unclean, and I had to call room service to have it cleaned. Towels were not provided initially, and I had to request them. Additionally, the telephone in the room was unavailable, forcing us to run down to the reception for any room-related issues. The shower pressure was low, making it an uncomfortable experience. The hotel bar shop sold juice boxes at outrageously high prices. The play area in the compound looked old, shabby, and dusty. We didn't try the food, so I can't comment on that. Overall, the hotel didn't meet expectations, especially considering the price. The services should have been much better, focusing on basic cleanliness and maintenance.
