The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Its very beautiful place. Location is very centric. All fun attractions are close by! Staff is very polite and helpful. Place is very clean and quiet! Breakfast option also good and available when asked! I really enjoyed my time here!

villa ikebana is located in decent locality of vagator. in terms of service quality, they can improve a lot. on day 1 , there was no proper water supply in bathrooms and almost no proper toiletries were provided. also, in our room none of the plug points were working. after complaining on the next day, issue with water supply, plug points was sorted by property managers. unfortunately we have paid for the biggest room on the top floor, but after staying my recommendation will be to avoid that room the most. rooms in first floor are less expensive and better.

The hotel is euphemous and not bad. At the pool, one of the staff of the hotel (the cleaner) brought a forgotten t-shirt in the room, putting it down and stole all the money that was with him - be careful!

This property location is isolated from all other reachable areas. The washroom size is so small that we can't stand it with children for bathing. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. It's all minimal things but will give us the bad experience about the property. All other ambience was good.

On arrival at 10pmdue to train delays, arriving at the hotel with my guest we had to s pk to security to get him to call the manager after a conversation the guards gave us a key to the room. The day before i had visited to confirm the booking and that my guest would be staying 3 days and will be late but this fell on deaf ears as end of season and cheap room prices so not great service. Room ok, fridge needed a clean and ac needed a clean but otherwise fine fir 3 star discounted.
