The stay was incredibly pleasant, with exceptional service throughout. The staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of sweet and savory options. In the evening, delightful snacks were served alongside Tea/Coffee, adding a special touch to the experience. The location is just a 2 minute walk from Library Chowk, making it convenient for day trips. Highly recommended!

We went on a family trip and found this Hotel online.Its a good value for money, the staff was very responsive and the view of the winter line from the Premium room was fantastic.The services provided by the hotel was excellent. They provide pick and drop services also to the mall road. Althougb the mall road is not very far from the place.
Special thanks to Subhash the receptionist and Krishty , the caretaker who had made the stay easy and perfect.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The bathrooms were clean. overall good stay. I recommend others this hotel. Value for money hotel for families.

1. Our stay is very comfirtable. 2. Neat & clean room with good view from balcony. 3. Staff is very helpful in every espects. 4. Food is very good at reasonable price. 5. Enogh parking facility is available for vehicles. 6. Situated at very good locatin. We can go to mall-road by 5 minuts of walk.

Good hospitality, recommend for mountain travellers. Great location, right on the picture palace road. Views could be better for the imperial room. Fast services, well trained staff. Things could be better with maintenance of the property, including cleaning the glass of the room balconies.

I have stayed in hotel india for 2 days. Hotel location was in mall road and their food was very tasty and cheap in price. Also the owner and his staffs were very cooperative. We got a room with balcony and mountain view which was very attractive. Overall good experience for me
