GGuest UserThe property is really good and well maintained. It’s located close to Om beach. The restaurant is really nice with tasty food. Only one problem is that in the evening getting a table for residents is tough.

GGuest UserSpa is not complimentary. The property location is great it's a government property, quote old. They have huge premises with garden. Food is good, like home made. The desert served is too sweet. Swimming pool is quite good, very clean. Other indoor and outdoor games are not there. This must be the best property in gokarna. Staff is polite. Room size is big. They have entrance lobby, sofa- table room and separate bedroom.
