It's great! I booked a single room for two meals when traveling alone. There are the following advantages for reference: 1. Great location and car-free friendly. In Alcudia, it is very convenient to go back and forth from the bus terminal/airport in the center of Palma, and the bus is directly accessible! In addition, the beach they reach on foot is also very beautiful jelly sea. 2. The facilities are very good and the environment is clean. There are tables and small refrigerators. The bed is the wide single bed in the picture, and it is not formal to sleep! The bathroom prepared bath towels for me. The terrace is beautiful, with double tables and chairs and drying racks. There is a beautiful lake downstairs, a swimming pool, and singing and dancing activities in the bar area at night. For me, it was great to just enjoy the sunset on the terrace alone. 3. The meal is convenient and the choice is wide. I choose to include breakfast and dinner, no longer have to spend my brain to choose what to eat; I still go out to eat at noon, taking into account the fun of finding food. The picture shows a buffet dinner and breakfast I ate. 4.Staff service is good. They are friendly. For example, I stayed late and dinner was closed, but the front desk and back chef prepared extra dinner for me, thanks for their extra effort!

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the sea and with free parking around. The cleaning was not the best, we found hair, not ours, in the bedrooms, in the towels and on the ground in the bathroom, both at our arrival and after we had done the daily cleaning. The furnaces were a little dirty at our arrival. After a few days he began to come up from the discharges a bad smell of fog, especially in the morning he invaded the whole apartment. All right, but take steps in your hotel to avoid such a disgusting thing, perhaps with filters or a cleaner. I have limited the damage, by passing the shower discharge. Great Location - near the beach, restaurants , and to visit Alcudia and Alcudia port . If you move further up , away from the beach it is easy to find free street parking within 5 min walking distance , especially near ALDI. Reception staff are great and we also had a nice experience at the breakfast.

Very good location, it has a very beautiful pool, BUT in the room that I had the air conditioning was not very cold and it was the last days of July that it was very hot.

It's peak season fully packed with guests, it was super hot 38 degrees and the central AC in the room temperature wouldn't feel more than 25 degrees even if it's fixed at 17 degrees, which we are not used to. The manager did help us, but imagine sleeping with 2 fans and paying 245 euros per night! Also, don't expect any service from them, whatever you will need you have to go down to the reception to get it. It's best for family with kids, It's on the beach which is the only best thing.
