My recent hotel stay was an absolute dream from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and tranquility. The check-in process was seamless and quick, a testament to the staff's efficiency and warmth. My room was a haven of comfort and sophistication, featuring plush bedding that made sleep a luxurious experience, and a stunning view of the majestic Danube that was breathtaking both day and night. The location was perfect for me as a bike rider, as the hotel was situated right on the riverside with easy access to scenic cycling paths. The cleanliness was impeccable, a detail that always stands out and reassures me. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the staff's genuine hospitality; they were always on hand to assist with a smile, making me feel genuinely valued and cared for. This wasn't just a place to sleep; it was a destination in itself, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated and pampered.

Service was good, reception was 24hrs and also they helped us call a taxi to the train station. Just take note hotel is on a little slope

Arrived for check in at 4pm but the place was closed til 5pm. Was advertised with a sauna but it wasn't available. We were just told ”No its not available”, without any further discussion as to why not. Not sure if these are the fault of Trip.com or the Hotel but either way, they were 2 of the reasons we chose this place so falsely advertised.

Facilities: OK Hygiene: OK? Environment: No poke, many green plants, the attachments are very quiet Service: Very unpoked, the price is up and yours, very cheap, the price of hotels in Germany is bad

It’s an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable room for a reasonable price. The self check in it’s really easy and works very well. There are restaurants in walking distance. For breakfast I recommend a bakery, 2 minutes

The place was so clean. Big room, nice view in the balkon, peaceful and the cute little house was really cute. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was okay. And the location for the Family parks are great. Absolutely recommended

It tells Self Chek-in Service but you need to call first the hotel for the access code for you to get the key. They didn’t give the access code in advance at-least 2-3 hours prior to Check-in Time so that when you already at the location it is easier for the guest to do Self-Check. What if the customer doesn’t have internet yet. Thankfully the City have free wifi so that it can call for free via internet.

Breakfast was very moderate ... Mostly fat and there was no choice of bread types. The bathroom was very dirty and in the washboard was water in the previous people ... sheets were standing and clearly not washed ... Think that the bed was made alone. I know this hotel a few years ago and was then a very good hotel with excellent breakfast ... would no longer be
