TThe John SmithArrived for check in at 4pm but the place was closed til 5pm.
Was advertised with a sauna but it wasn't available.
We were just told ”No its not available”, without any further discussion as to why not.
Not sure if these are the fault of Trip.com or the Hotel but either way, they were 2 of the reasons we chose this place so falsely advertised.

GGuest UserThe place was so clean. Big room, nice view in the balkon, peaceful and the cute little house was really cute. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was okay. And the location for the Family parks are great. Absolutely recommended

1. The hotel provides capsule coffee
2. The location is excellent, with a shopping mall behind and the old town in front, and a supermarket within 3 minutes.
3. The cleaning staff has an excellent attitude
shortcoming:
1. I didn’t receive the email when I booked for the first time, so I had to call to ask for the password when I checked in.
2. There is no front desk, so you have to write an email or call if you have anything.
3. There are often silverfish in the room.
4. Low water pressure and clogged shower head

Towels, soup provided, shower gel will be an good additional to all if will be provided too.

GGuest UserBreakfast was very moderate ... Mostly fat and there was no choice of bread types. The bathroom was very dirty and in the washboard was water in the previous people ... sheets were standing and clearly not washed ... Think that the bed was made alone.
I know this hotel a few years ago and was then a very good hotel with excellent breakfast ... would no longer be
