The quiet wooden house in the independent small courtyard has 6 rooms but the service and details are very well done: 🌟 You can smell the elegant wooden fragrance when you enter the house. The first floor is a sofa area + viewing window, and the second floor is a bedroom. The carpet/color/decoration are very tasteful; the yard is quiet and beautiful, and there is a bonfire at night. 😇 The boss is super cute and talkative, and he is very patient to pick up and drop off N trips from the parking lot to the hotel. Especially when we arrived hungry on the first night, the boss also warmly invited us to eat together. Other staff are also very nice! 🥪 Breakfast is delicious, you can send it to the room without being disturbed

I lived in Baihaba and lived in the most pleasant homestay on this trip, which completely exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, just deep in the village, away from the hustle and bustle of the main road, open the window to the morning mist of the wooden house and the snow-capped mountains, the night is quiet, and the Star River is within reach. The room is built with pure pine wood, warm yellow lights with soft bedding, the bathroom separated from wet and dry is very clean, and the details are attentive. The boss is local. Seeing that we did not bring children, he specially recommended a few hiking trails with few people and beautiful scenery, and also helped us take a blockbuster against the light at the best position at the entrance of the village. The most enjoyable thing is in the morning, soaking a pot of hot tea in the yard, watching the smoke slowly rise, the world is quiet and the birdsong and wind, and I really don't want to leave at that moment. Breakfast is simple but exquisite, hot milk tea with fresh roasted oysters, full of energy. If you also want to live a few days of uncompromising slow life, this is definitely worth closing your eyes!

After completing the entire circuit from Yili to Altay, Baihaba Shanhaiguishu was by far the best guesthouse we experienced on our trip, exceeding our expectations significantly. The guesthouse is nestled on a hillside within the village, offering expansive views. Sitting in the common area with a coffee, the high-quality, rich-flavored coffee beans rivaled those of any city's specialty coffee shop. Gazing at the distant mountains and forests was incredibly therapeutic. The room amenities were exceptionally well thought out. From toiletries to bedding and bathroom fixtures, all materials were carefully selected, showcasing exquisite attention to detail. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and comfortable, a real blessing given the large temperature swings between day and night in the mountains. The room was spotlessly clean, making for a truly high-quality stay. What truly touched us was the staff. It's clear they are a group of like-minded young people who genuinely love the mountains and wilderness of northern Xinjiang, passionately dedicated to their work. They were warm and enthusiastic, offering proactive advice on local routes and lesser-known scenic spots, and even helped with luggage. There was no forced politeness or upselling, just genuine, relaxed smiles on everyone's faces – their happiness was truly infectious. Escaping the city's hustle and bustle, here you can both admire the smoke and sunset of the 'First Village of the Northwest' and enjoy meticulous, thoughtful service. From the environment and accommodation to the human touch, everything was impeccable. The next time we visit Baihaba, Shanhaiguishu will still be our top choice. We sincerely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to this border village.

The room hygiene is particularly in place, the disposable equipment is complete, there is a special face towel after washing the face, and the details are full. The clerk is gentle and thoughtful, and will take the initiative to care about various needs. The breakfast tastes great, you can sit in the cafe in your leisure time, you can arrange hot pot at night, there are docile kittens and puppies in the yard to interact, the overall warmth and convenience, I will choose here next time!

Environment: The guesthouse is located in the old village of Baihaba, with a pine forest and a babbling brook behind it, and panoramic views of the old village and the border in front. Facilities: Very new, the interior decoration combines local Kazakh style with modern flair, making it very comfortable for city dwellers. Service: The service was extremely attentive and thoughtful. The young man drove to the new village to pick us up, helped with our luggage, took us to buy groceries in the evening, helped us prepare a barbecue by the brook, and even took us to the local host's home for a traditional Kazakh afternoon tea. Other: There's a sheepdog named Belle in the yard, a little over a year old, quite large but very well-behaved and affectionate. She'll greet you at the door when you come back, and will keep you company while you relax in the yard. When other people's cows wandered onto her pasture, Belle dutifully chased them away. Belle added many memories to our two days here.

The location of the B&B in Xincun is not very central, but it is not far away for a walk. You can look directly at Kazakhstan from the bed. The details of the B&B are very good. They provide disposable bath towels, toilet covers (although they are not suitable for toilets), shower gel and shampoo. They are all very good. They can basically refer to the star hotel standards in the mainland. It can be used in a semi-developed area. In a small border village, I really fell in love with staying in a B&B with such high value for money and such a strong sense of service. ps: The dishes cooked by the host sister were delicious. They were the two best meals we had in the three days in Altay. In addition, when walking down, I feel that Baihaba has the most local flavor of the Kazakhs, and has more local ethnic characteristics than Hemu and Kanas.

The hotel is spacious and bright, and the curtains and some lights are automatically sensed. The beds are soft and tidy. Very good stay experience. The facilities around the hotel and the dining are also perfect. Very recommended.

在白哈巴入住的這間小木屋，完全超出預期，是此行最治癒的一段住宿體驗。木屋是原生態的原木結構，一進門就能聞到淡淡的木頭清香，房間打掃得乾淨利落，床品柔軟舒適. 窗外就是白哈巴的村落與山林，晨霧、草原、遠山盡收眼底，老闆待人真誠熱情，有任何問題都能及時迴應，剛到的時候我們本來打算走上去但實在疲憊不堪 於是聯繫了老闆他沒一會兒就下來接我們了，晚上沒注意時間結果過了飯點老闆二話不説直接就開車送我們下去吃了，特別感謝老闆 這裏遠離城市喧囂，可以安安靜靜沉浸式的感受西北村落的美好，住得舒心又安心，來白哈巴我強烈推薦選擇這裏！

Dining and shopping are also very convenient, and finding your way around is a breeze. The room was incredibly clean and tidy. The owner was incredibly welcoming, sending detailed check-in instructions in advance and recommending local restaurants. The dog at the hotel is also incredibly cute. PS: I accidentally drank too much alcohol and ended up hungover for the whole day, hahaha. The iced Americano was delicious!!!
