GGuest UserThe room was cleaned really clean, the front desk service was very good, and the hotel was far from the city, the environment was really quiet, and the scenery outside could be seen. Next to the hotel is the restaurant, a very retro restaurant decorated, the breakfast in the restaurant is very rich and really delicious. There is also a hot spring place next to it, and the overall stay is more than the hotel I stayed in other places.

DDangtouziyaodaoqiOverall it is very good. I remember that it was a long time when I went last time. This time I went to the store manager. I have to say that the store manager’s pick-up service attitude is very good. It gives people a very comfortable first impression. It’s much better than last time. I can hope to strengthen the details of the housekeeping department. Mind level, don't use the dirty, old broken sheets and quilts again, I hope I can optimize and deal with them next time.

GGuest UserTo meet the basic accommodation needs, the whole is useless. One of the rooms was a bit sticky when the floor was a bit greasy. One of the bath towels had been unpacked, the number of towels was not uniform, and the bedding looked like it had been used or sorted. The room was full that day, and we actually didn't want to embarrass the staff. Yuan Yuan offered to change the bedding.
The first front desk had a good attitude, helped to register and agreed to deal with it; after the dinner came back, I changed a front desk. The communication process was slightly shirked, which made people feel like adding trouble to them, but finally cooperated with the replacement. The overall service is not bad, but the details, hygiene and check-in experience have room for improvement.

GGuest UserSuch a good hotel, why is the hygiene so poor! The hygiene is very poor. The room was not cleaned at all, there were cigarette butts on the floor! There were cigarette butts in the trash can too. A layer of dust on the TV. Such obvious hygiene issues were not even cleaned up, let alone bed sheets and quilt covers. Always looking for ways to complain! Hope the hygiene issues will be improved. Everything else is good
