But there are a few strange incidents that have to be complained about:
1. The room can't be locked from the inside. I thought that my lock was broken and asked to change the room. I was told that most rooms were like this. After the lock was repaired, it couldn't be locked! I later changed a room because of the leak in the pool, and it was verified that it was true! This is outrageous, I don't understand why this is happening? Although there are 24-hour duty staff and monitoring on each floor
Since the locks have been repaired, how could it be opened in 2023?
3. I checked in at 2 pm, but I didn't enter the room to check the facilities. The hotel introduction said that it was newly opened in 2013! Before the evening bath, I completed a full set of washing in the hot spring. After returning to the room, I brushed my teeth, and the water leaked next to the toilet! Let the three-story waiter come and see and ask for a room change. She actually looked at where the water leaked from! Doesn't it need a washbasin when cleaning? ! Isn't I checking in early just to be able to assign a room with no problem? The front desk gave a room with a problem and a remote room! I am not a special room! I was angry and lost my temper before changing the room! As a result, the strong smell of smoke in the new room came, and I had to open the window to ventilate and open the window to sleep all night!
4. At around 9 pm, I found a leak and went out to find a waiter. After opening the door, there was a man sitting next to the door of the room! It was really scary at the time! Look at the original reading at the door of his room? The room downlight lamp and other lights are particularly bright, why did he choose to sit in the dim corridor and sit with a chair next to the door of the next room to read a book? ! ! !

XXiangxinmingtianyidinghuigenghaoIt was a very pleasant trip. It took 2 hours to drive from Harbin to Feilong Four Seasons Hot Spring. The service was very good. We brought one or two children with us and they had a great time. It's not crowded now in the off-season, but the service is not bad, the attitude is good and enthusiastic, and the room is very warm.
