GGuest UserFair price, good breakfast. The only downside was that the room next door had a sort of shared door that was closed by the boss, but we could hear the other guests. We reported the inconvenience and were promptly moved to a room without that door.

GGuest UserUm bom hotel, bem localizado, perto da praia de Boa Viagem de cafeterias e restaurantes. No próprio hotel posso um restaurante independente. Com relação à comodidades, não foi fornecido toalhas de rosto. Segundo o funcionário da recepção, houve falha na entrega da lavanderia. A manutenção do banheiro está deixando a desejar. O espelho está ficando enferrujado, o que depõe contra o nível do hotel. A camareira não retirou o lixo do banheiro. Estacionando com manobrista, (valor a parte) o que é importante pelo local difícil de estacionar na rua.
Funcionários atenciosos e excelente café da manhã.

Most impressive is the service. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with all kinds of personal issues.

GGuest UserThe staff are great and well educated. But the hotel's infrastructure is too bad...
The old air conditioner will not cool the suitable room and will make a lot of noise, the towels are very yellow, very old...and they will not wipe the right person, the last thing is that they wrote the name of the hotel on the page Feet (someone will take the towel RS)...the room also smells bad...the pillows are made of plastic pillowcases...the breakfast is not satisfactory yet, there is no choice.
I have stayed in other units of the National Hotel and only need one. I am here also watching other people have the same experience as me, by the way the hotel has not improved...

Meu pedido por travesseiros mais firmes e um quarto longe do elevador também foi atendido, o que é excelente!
Mas, infelizmente, o quarto tem isolamento acústico péssimo, o que me fez acordar de madrugada e não conseguir voltar a dormir.
Além disso, a única tomada disponível perto da cama era atrás dela, e tive, portanto, que arrastar a cama para a frente para poder usar a tomada.
Outro ponto negativo é a falta de espaço para armazenar bagagem no pré-check-in/pós-check-out, quase que não consig guardar minhas malas.
