MMaria JanduilmaThe apartment is exactly as described in the advertisement! I was clean and well organized! It has a beautiful view of the city, new furniture, equipped with all the food preparation tools, organized building, silent, quiet location, gentle staff, easy location and check in easy! The only point is about bed linen, which, thinking of well-organised and excellent quality, I felt missing a soft coating type coating or edredom to use during the night, to become more comfortable, however, the lack of this item does not disqualify the space in anything!
Even I was very well attended by the property staff when I asked the cover!
I recommend the Haus Smart Living Recife and in my next trip to Recife I will host again with them!

GGuest UserUm bom hotel, bem localizado, perto da praia de Boa Viagem de cafeterias e restaurantes. No próprio hotel posso um restaurante independente. Com relação à comodidades, não foi fornecido toalhas de rosto. Segundo o funcionário da recepção, houve falha na entrega da lavanderia. A manutenção do banheiro está deixando a desejar. O espelho está ficando enferrujado, o que depõe contra o nível do hotel. A camareira não retirou o lixo do banheiro. Estacionando com manobrista, (valor a parte) o que é importante pelo local difícil de estacionar na rua.
Funcionários atenciosos e excelente café da manhã.

GGuest UserIt's a good hotel, but I found the room very small. I was working and I had to use notebook in the bed msm pq there was no table. The bathroom is big, it ends up being disproportionate. My room was the ground floor, on the main street, so I was very noisy qnd passed bikes or trucks. It was not a bad experience, but it is far from the best I've ever hosted. Breakfast also with few options.
It's good to stay on the side of a supermarket, and near the North American consulate, well to anyone who is the Recife to apply for visa.

EEckhard KI stayed here for the rest of the night after my 3am flight arrival in REC, almost as close as an airport hotel but much nicer! 24h check-in, very nice breakfast buffet 6-10 am (included in room rate), and a wonderful sea view (sun rise!) were perfect. Room, bathroom were very good value for money.

PPedroThe hotel is well located in the neighborhood and has paid parking. The breakfast is adequate for some, but the cleaning is lacking. It is only cleaned as far as the eye can see. Behind the beds you can see the real thing, including trash and remains from previous guests. Another addendum is the comfort of the room. If you plan on staying in the room part of the time during your trip, forget it. The TV only has 2 channels, no subtitles for the hearing impaired, and it is not a smart TV, which must be out of this world for this hotel.

GGuest UserThe staff are great and well educated. But the hotel's infrastructure is too bad...
The old air conditioner will not cool the suitable room and will make a lot of noise, the towels are very yellow, very old...and they will not wipe the right person, the last thing is that they wrote the name of the hotel on the page Feet (someone will take the towel RS)...the room also smells bad...the pillows are made of plastic pillowcases...the breakfast is not satisfactory yet, there is no choice.
I have stayed in other units of the National Hotel and only need one. I am here also watching other people have the same experience as me, by the way the hotel has not improved...

Meu pedido por travesseiros mais firmes e um quarto longe do elevador também foi atendido, o que é excelente!
Mas, infelizmente, o quarto tem isolamento acústico péssimo, o que me fez acordar de madrugada e não conseguir voltar a dormir.
Além disso, a única tomada disponível perto da cama era atrás dela, e tive, portanto, que arrastar a cama para a frente para poder usar a tomada.
Outro ponto negativo é a falta de espaço para armazenar bagagem no pré-check-in/pós-check-out, quase que não consig guardar minhas malas.
