had a pleasant stay at this simple, clean and comfortable hotel in Syracuse. The room was well kept, the bed was comfortable, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with several food establishments nearby, making it easy to grab a meal without travelling far. It’s a good option for a straightforward, fuss-free place to rest. Overall, a nice and reliable hotel in a convenient part of Syracuse.

The hotel is not far from the high-speed exit, clean and convenient, the rooms are large and quiet, there is a McDonald’s next to the hotel, those who return late do not have to worry about going out to find something to eat, it is recommended

I want to first start out by saying that the staff was incredibly kids and helpful (I think his name was BJ, but I could be wrong). The rooms were Beautiful!! Newly reconvated, clean, full size fridge and other things in each room to make it feel like home.  The gia t storage building out front was built in a terrible location and they should just tear it down. Also the Libby was under construction but I'm sure I'll be up and running soon.

We check-in very late around 4:00am due to our late flight and 1 missing piece of luggage. Got our room promptly, but the bath tub was choke and dirty. Tried to change our room, but was told that there was no other available room, but they sent someone to fix it in the morning. The hotel is pretty basic, more for people with own transport. Location wise, there is not much around the area, but we found Denny's within walking distance. There are a couple of other eating places as well, though we didn't try them.

Asked for towels and didn’t get them until a few hours later but the lady at the front desk is so sweet she helped me out!

The room was very dated and had a musty odour. we booked a smoking room but werent expecting it to have cigarette burns and stains on the bedspread. Pillows were very thin. There was tissue shoved in the hole of a second door. There was a light coming from inside the bathtub drain. very strange?? No table lamps. Only one receptacle outlet behind the beside table. The fridge was only cool and had puddles of water inside. The air conditioning worked well and the T.V. had a good channel selection. I wouldn't book at this place again.
