Find 2-Star Hotels in Nashville

Absolutely loved this property. Would be perfect for a longer stay, but we were only in town for one night. We arrived very early due to flight time, and were greeted by two very friendly and accommodating staffers, Lenroy and Angel. I was thanked for my Hilton loyalty, offered luggage storage, and was estimated a time a room should be ready. Lots to do in the lobby as well. Tru and Home 2 Suites are a ”shared property”, very close to convention center. Was just a quick 4 or so block walk to Hall of Fame and the arena and Broadway attractions. Sleek and modern rooms with small fridge, but oddly no micro or coffee maker. That is not a problem for me, but it may be for others. Delicious Lavazza coffee and Stash teas are available 24 hrs in the lobby. Pool tables, shuffleboard, games and TV's in lobby as well. LOTS of choices for the complimentary breakfast and there was never an issue with seating. Despite all of the construction going on downtown, we were never bothered by noise. Would happily choose this property again next time in Nashville.

My wife and I go to Nashville about twice a year. We have stayed here before but only for a night. This time we stayed for 7 nights. At over $300 a night, If you are wanting all the creature comforts that normal hotels have, move on. This is a place to sleep and you gotta work if you need more than that. Here is what I like about it. It is on the strip, so once you are about to pass out from drinking all day, you are only a short stumble to your room. Also, they always have a singer in the lobby so if your just close to passing out, but not quite done, you can always chill in the lobby for one more drink. The hotel is pretty new, so it is pretty clean. Here is the bad. They must have a lock on how low you can put the temperature of your room. We set it to 66 but the room never got any colder than 70. Sometimes at night it was up to 72 so we were hot all night and woke up sweating. House keeping is ”on demand” they will not clean your room if you do not specifically request it. I had to request it twice, because nobody cleaned it the first day that I asked. The toilet seat was broken in the room we had. (not fall off broken, but not attached properly and would slide around) The roll of toilet paper on the actual dispenser had gotten wet before we checked in and god only knows what from, we had to use the other unopened roll on the counter. The rooms do not have an ironing board and iron, the hotel has a community ironing room. They have one iron and no boards. The first time I stayed there, they had an ironing board, this time, they had a table with towels over it. They have a water station to fill the iron with water for steam, but it didn't work. You could hear it clicking, but nothing ever came out. the table to iron on is square so you cant easily get a shirt on it properly to iron it and the towels are just laid there so they keep flipping up when you move the shirt and making a bump under it. the room does have USB ports, but the ones on the right side of the bed did not work. They have what they call a rooftop bar, but the bar is inside and they have a tiny little area that has about 4 tables and tiny stage outside. The restaurant prices are comparable to fine dining. 4 drinks, and a shrimp cocktail almost $200. (4 shrimp for $25) Nashville is expensive, but you can go next door and get a full meal for less. (on the bright side, door dash gives you lots of options just pick it up at the check-in area in the lobby. They will tell you that you get a complimentary drink when you check in, but don't be misled, this is either a Bud Light or some fruity drink that has almost no liquor in it.

Our one night-stay was very pleasant and comfortable and deserving of 4 stars. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the wifi worked well, and the room was well-appointed with all the typical necessities. I would have liked to have a freezer compartment in the mini fridge. The cleanliness level was good. The service was good. I marked it down one star for trouble with the breakfast. The coffee supply was not replenished in a timely fashion (completely out for20 minutes ) and when the bacon and potatoes ran out, there was no more provided (this was at 8:30am). The music piped into the lobby was pleasant but geared toward customers aged 70-80. I found that interesting and a little surprising.

The staff was super friendly. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Very easy to get to. I have absolutely no complaints. Will definitely stay here again. Kudos to the staff. My remote did not work for the TV. I notified a staff member and with in 5 mins, maintenance was there and fixed the problem. That is prompt service. Good job!!!

My husband thought it was dirty he found dust on the lamp base. Probably when they vaccumed it spewed dust back out. You don’t get much for $200 these days but it was walking distance of Ruth Chris steak house. Parking cost us $60 for 2 cars that was ridiculous on top of the over priced room but the breakfast was very satisfying.

We were traveling through Nashville on our way to Washington D.C.. At first I was a little concerned about the location but it turned out to be perfect. There is a wonderful Central American restaurant next to the property and it very convenient to get back on the highway. The room was clean, the front desk was extremely friendly and everything worked just fine. The breakfast was typical but got the job done

I traveled to Nashville for a work trip and stayed at the Moxy for a few nights. I was in room 525, which had (2) queen size beds and was fairly large. The room was comfortable and located within walking distance to a lot of nearby restaurants. There was parking onsite for about $30 a day. It's about a 15 minute uber or drive to downtown. Was able to hear our neighbors and people in the corridor. Staff was helpful and nice. Not a huge fan of the barn door on the bathroom, but not a deal breaker. I did really like the wall hooks, which came in handy during my stay. I would recommend this hotel for a trip to Nashville if your looking for a quieter location away from Broadway and the high traffic tourist hot spots.

In one word: bad! Our stay was negative in many ways (also, I tried to post this review on IHGs website and the system wouldn't let me post despite logging into my account and confirming my stay). 1. Arrived late at night to find urine on the outer bowl of toilet(took a pic to show and good thing we travel with Lysol wipes). 2. Every night for the 3 nights we stayed the fire alarm went off (was told by front desk that another guest was doing it but only manager, who was not there on weekends, had access to video cameras). 3. Hotel is located directly at the end of runway so planes are VERY loud. They provide ear plugs in room, but kept me awake all 3 nights (Do NOT stay if you're a light sleeper). 4. Walls are thin and doors have gaps, so you hear everything including doors closing and loud drunks in middle of night. 5. Arrived to check-in around 9:30pm and no one was at the front desk. We waited about 10 minutes and then finally called the hotel number to get someone to come to the front. 6. The bed was messed up when we arrived. For the first night it was creaking all night even at the slightest movement. The next morning I had to lift the bed and fix the baseboard to stop the noise. The mattress itself sunk in slightly, so not the most comfortable. 7. The shower door was not properly sealed and had a big gap on the bottom so created a little flood in bathroom every time we showered. 8. TV didn't work properly (had a blank, black screen). We told front desk and he seemed to know the problem (as if it happens all the time). He came to the room to switch the input. It happened again the next morning but at least we knew how to fix it ourselves. Seems like a common problem. To be fair, I will point out that the location close to airport was convenient and the 1 front desk person was helpful when we had to check out and in every day (an annoying problem with IHG booking system). Unfortunately, this was a VERY bad experience and do NOT recommend staying here.

We stayed in this hotel our last night in Nashville due to how close it is from the BNA Airport. The hotel is a little bit old but well kept. The hotel offers shuttle to and from the airport with a schedule. We left super early so couldn't try the breakfast, but it was nice to know that was available I want to mention the great costumer service we receive from the front desk Marshanta, sorry if I misspelled her name, was so nice, attentive, great! This kind of people made a business great, makes you want to come back.
