Our stay was excellent. No complaints. Friendly staff. Great breakdown bar. Prompt service if you needed towels or Kleenex for the room.

During the epidemic, even if the order included breakfast, it was limited to a cup of coffee. Outside the hotel, the building is not soundproof, there are several motorcycle parties at the door of the hotel who are trying to step on the accelerator to make a sound. It is not good to sleep

Stayed here for Solar Eclipse. Nice enough hotel, staff very attentive. Breakfast good, breads, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, juice, and cereal. Fresh fruit consisted of mandrin oranges and apples. We spent over $600 for our 2 night stay; very high for the type of hotel but it was one of the least expensive for this event. We would have no problem staying there again if needed and if the cost is way less.

American breakfast, eggs, milk, coffee, oatmeal, bread, pastries, sausage, waffles (buffet), yogurt, fruit juice, fruit and more. There is no salad dish. The rooms are very nice, large and bright. Sound insulation is better than some Samsung and four-star hotels. At least its floor is not the kind of light body structure, one person lame all the floor trembles, that kind is not good. This comfortable suite hotel really lives up to its name!

Very speechless, usually less than 100 knives in the hotel, encountered the price of the American Golf final 160. I have lived in Quality inn before and I feel okay. I didn't expect the sheets and quilts in my room to have yellow stains. Then I will take a bath for one night without undressing and the next day. Unfortunately, the bathtub did not leave hot water for 10 minutes. Good wash basin wash face out. Then spit, go out and wait for Uber. The driver clicked the navigation and turned around 2 times and didn't find the hotel. Finally, the customer came to pick it up. He said that the navigation led to the back of the hotel. Fortunately, he found me with wisdom. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the front desk service is good, I saved my luggage, and I care that my Uber did not receive the cloud.

The Service Was Excellent At The Brockport Econolodge! Anytime I Needed Anything Like Clean Towels Or Had To Request For Something Special The Lady At The Service Desk Who Was Also A Housemaid Was Right On Her Game And Had The Supplies Back To Me Within Minutes! She Was Friendly And So Accommodating And Made You Feel Right At Home! The Food Is Very Good And A Good Selection For A Continental Breakfast! And The Coffee Is Always Ready And Steaming Hot! The Desk Help Is Always Pleasant And Very Efficient! I Would Stay again At The Econolodge And I Have Many Times! The Area Around The Hotel Is So Conveinient For Shopping And Eating Out! So Many Choices! And Having Wegmans Right Across The Road You Can't Ask For Anything Better! I Give Econolodge 5/5 Stars!!

The hotel is conveniently located for transit or return. But a little distance from the city, you need to drive. Then it is more old. But the price is good, breakfast is OK.

Not recommended, the hotel environment and facilities are dilapidated, there is no service. The price is not cheap either. A deposit of US$100 was paid when staying in the hotel in advance, and it has not been returned for two days.

Reasonable for the price, if you're on a budget not a bad place to stay.
