Small issue initially with the wrong room being booked through Trip, but the hotel staff was very quick to accommodate me. Excellent service.

Guest UserI was greeted with a bit of attitude due to having booked through a “3rd party”. The room was small but reasonably clean and not horribly outdated. My wife was excited to discover that the room was equipped with a jacuzzi tub. However, when I filled the tub, the water was a yellow/green/brown hue that she decided to take a sink bath instead. Very disgusting and very disappointing.
