Front desk employees are very nice. The rooms are brand new, so they are in great shape. Nice TV (55inch) with plenty of channels. shower great pressure and no issues with temperature. Nice little selection of snacks and drinks downstairs. No coffee maker in the rooms so you have to visit lobby in the morning. Free Breakfast pretty standard breakfast you find at most hotels. Fun lobby had some board games and foosball tables. No pool but a little nicer fitness room than most places. Oh and I forgot to mention the room was very quiet no noise from rooms near me or outside noise.

Stop for a late night stay due to being exhausted from travel with multiple family members. The lobby was super clean and counter. Staff was very friendly. The rooms are quite large. Super clean, well appointed, even has the built-in pump soap dispensers that a lot of hotels are getting nowadays. Hotels around many other hotels, so I’m appearing to be a little more seedy. Security cars were seen patrolling for safety. Didn’t use the pool, but it looks nice. The breakfast the next day was well-stocked with very friendly attendance. I double checked to make sure one of the food items was able to be eaten by one of our family members, they took the time to double check on anything else that we might need once we arrive to eat breakfast. A nice day off the beaten path.

I was here in the Greensboro area for job interviews, due to a great prospect and wanting me to do additional face to face interviews I had to extend my stay an additional 3 days, this put me at 08 days at the hotel. One of the hotel staff came to my room and informed me that if I was planning to stay any longer that I would have to vacate the hotel for 72 hours then I would be welcome to stay up to an additional 6 days, then I would have to check out for 72 hours once again. I asked what the reason for it was and they said it was company policy, that they are doing this because they don't want people living out of the hotel. I wish I had known this before booking the additional 3 days because I wouldn't have stayed there. They are advertising that the price of the room includes Free Breakfast, totally untrue they have had ample time to remove this statement. The reason why they are not offering breakfast is due to the Covid 19 pandemic, correct me if I'm wrong but the pandemic is over two years old.

This is not the place to stay if you want your room door to lock or if you want sleep at night. They let kids run all night long and did nothing about it . I reported it twice and the front desk could hear then and did nothing

Older-style motel-type place, 2-story without elevator, so something to be aware of. Stayed a full week. Very quiet & clean. Updated furnishings, and well laid-out room. Generously sized vanity counter so we could both leave our grooming kits out and plenty of room for our suitcases. TV/cable worked well. Plenty of hot water, user-friendly and well-functioning climate unit. Fridge & microwave. Friendly owners/staff. I don’t want housekeeping every day and I don’t think it’s provided every day unless you request it so that was fine with us too. Towels & washcloths are kind of thin but again, not something that’s so important to me. Wonderful place for the price. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel was beautiful. My room was large, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate but the coffee /hot water station amazing. Boiling hot water and great coffee. Thank you!
LLuca WorldTravelerBrand new hotel right in Greensboro downtown, can explore the historical area on foot. Large room, good breakfast. Nice gym. During my stay I was charged on my credit card something not supposed to be charged and without my previous approval and signature, this is not professional at all. Luckily I saw my credit card statement before to leave the hotel so I complained…watch out for unauthorized charges!!!
GGuest UserJust an overnight stay but a great value for cleanliness and service and everything in the room you could possibly ask for. Even had the lady at the service desk come up an show us how to use the remote control for our tv. Would definitely stay there again.
GGuest UserWe checked in late but we were accommodated timely. The room was very clean. It just needs more sound proofing though. You can hear people in the hallway arguing. But overall it was a pleasant weekend stay.
GGuest UserWe just stayed overnight for a short time on our way to Charlotte. Room was nice and clean and it even smelled nice. Lots of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. Didn't see whether or not they had breakfast since we were hopping back on the road the next morning. Friendly staff
First, I have to say Adeebah was phenomenal! Every hotel needs an Adeeba. The rest of the staff I encountered needs training. Checked in Wed. eve. Thurs. morn I told THREE people at the front desk the desk chair was broken and the toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet. All 3 assured me they would take care of it. Thurs. eve, back at hotel, nothing was corrected. Told Deedra, she came up with a different chair and promised the toilet seat would be corrected. It was. Friday afternoon, sitting at desk I see ants, MANY ants and there was absolutely NO food in the room. Go downstairs, see Deedra, show her the small towel with many ants. She calls to a man, Teddy to look at what I am showing her. He yells back at her ”You take care of it, I don't want to deal with it.” Teddy is the GM. Deedra switches rooms, went from 209 to 229. Leave room, take stairs to go down, large cockroach at top of stairwell. I terminated him. Ants on washcloth: Take a good look at that washcloth. I pulled it off the rack to trap the ants. See the stains on the cloth? That's how they hung it on the towel rack.
孙孙Because I drove to Washington by car, the hotel in the middle of the stop was much better than expected. It feels safer, breakfast, free parking, high cost performance, it is recommended.
Just to get away and enjoy a weekend and concert, this was a quiet, clean place to stay at a very affordable nightly rate. The location was convenient to shopping and dining. The staff was very friendly. They were remodeling inside and out during our stay and there was not any disturbing noises from that nor loud guests. I originally booked two nights and we liked it so well we decided to stay a third night! I recommend this location to anyone who values all this and more. They do not have a hot breakfast but there are so many choices nearby to choose from and there are numerous places that offer delivery and do so quickly. This was a very enjoyable stay and experience.
GGuest UserOnly bad thing was bathroom was in need of maintenance. But the room itself was very nice. Bed was actually more comfortable than the one I have at home. Staff was quick to help with any concerns quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent stay!
