We arrived at the property and went to the front desk, where two female staffers were preoccupied with something on the computer system. Stood in front of them for several minutes finally asked if this was the Hampton Inn, which they said yes, and went right back to their tasks. Finally, we decided to go to the restroom and then return to the desk where we finally were able to check in. No one said hello asked if they could help us. It was as if we were invisible. Never had this experience at any place before.

It's my first time staying here. The room is very clean and free welcome cookies are provided. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but it looked very good. There is a large forest next to it.

Staff - nice Upper management - not good Front desk - smells weird Room - nice Breakfast - missing items because the managers didn’t purchase what was necessary

I arrived in macon late friday evening due to death in my family and all of the hotels was booked but this one. I was doubting the hotel based on looks but the room and staff was so amazing. They was so helpful, clean and no noise from other guest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to macon its also in a great location with restaurants, stores, movies all close by if it was warm you could actually walk to these places. Thanks baymont staff for your services.

Very clean and nice! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing!

For business travellers is sufficient. No complaints at all.

On the outside I was a little deterred but inside is a total difference extremely clean put together nice and comfortable and elegant to taste on the inside for your single nighters

Not very clean in the room and didn't have a King suite like I paid for.
