The room was decent for the price and clean, but there was a strong smell of tobacco throughout the hotel. There was air conditioning, but no top sheet, just a small cotton blanket that was far too small for two people. The atmosphere was lively... it's more like a tavern/nightclub, but we still managed to sleep. Be aware that breakfast is included, but only from 10 am. So, if you're going early, don't count on it. However, the hotel is located in the heart of the shopping district, so finding places to eat isn't a problem. We were glad we'd bought breakfast in advance because everything was closed by 7 am.
