"Wow! Once you get in it’s great. I had a lot of trouble with the self check in and didn’t realize that the place is connected with the plaza hotel on the other side of the railway line. I would have appreciated a sign in English letting me know this as the reception at the hotel was great… once you knew it was there and crossed the train station. The rooms were comfortable and the hot springs at the main hotel are wonderful, and included with the stay at Ladies."

"You can store your luggage in advance. It is very close to the ten-word station and you can see it. The bosses are very kind. Akita was very cold when I went. Fortunately, the room has heating, and the space is large and clean. When I left the night, I also asked me to store my luggage first without running around. If I have the opportunity to come to Akita again next time, I will definitely go to live again ❤️."
