"The bed is relatively low, the room is relatively large, it is close to the train station, and you can go to Enoshima through the tunnel, so the transportation is quite convenient. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and there is a 7/11 supermarket, which is also convenient. The hotel's wifi is only available on the first floor, and the slippers in the room are very slippery, so be careful."

"We were there in April 2024. The condition of the premises is very good, clean. But the feeling of the premises is from the 60s of the last century. This is probably how it should be. For a very old hotel this is expected. The service is exaggeratedly perfect. We left the hotel for a walk and an employee immediately escorted us and offered to take umbrellas at the door on the way out. We came in from the street where it was raining and the administrator at the front desk ran when he saw us into the utility room and brought towels for our faces and hands to dry off. The maid, seeing us leaving the room with the child, immediately asked us to stay and within a minute brought a child’s yukata and children’s slippers. They called us for breakfast 5 minutes before the appointed time and warned that everything was ready. Breakfast is above all praise (national dishes), very varied and large comprehensive breakfast. We highly recommend it to those who want to get acquainted with a version of a national hotel - a ryokan."

"The room was very comfortable, and the sea breeze blowing from the window made people feel the feeling of vacation. The most important thing is that the landlord is very nice, the whole process is intimate guidance, car rental, food, travel, etc.... I also left small snacks and water in the room, it is not too nice. After a day in Kamakura, I punched in the beautiful sunset... Come back next time. Hey hey"

"I couldn't book anything else to make do for one night. I didn't expect the room to be more spacious and clean than I thought, and the bathroom was separated from wet and dry. Very suitable for families with children or young people traveling alone. In addition to the need to make your own bed, everything is fine (it is recommended to bring your own sheets). Hotel location is particularly good, facing the Enoshima Bridge, there is Rosen downstairs, and there are many restaurants that open late. Turn right and go directly to the aquarium for eight minutes. It is also within 8 minutes to go to Enoshima Station."

"The location is very convenient to Enoshima, and you can also store your luggage. I stayed for two days and went to Enoshima three times lol. Very very good, met a lot of interesting people in the public space, great!! Will stay again!"

"Cleanliness is closer to 3.5 if you're being really picky because the shower walls could use a good wipe down & the bunk bed frame could be vacuumed. Overall though, pretty good. The best part is the location! Right in the middle of a street of restaurants & souvenir shops next to the beach, next to a konbini, Shonan Monorail & train stations down the street, & Enoshima Island over the bridge. The staff is very friendly & a couple of them speak English. Something to note, their wifi kept disconnecting for a few of the guests & I. The second thing I enjoyed most is the bottom floor being a cafe & staying guests get a discount. I really recommend the milkshakes & fried items! I stayed in the female dormitory, both floors shared by all. I personally didn't feel unsafe. The main doors are locked at night & you could lock the dormitory door. The dormitory is right by the street so you will hear people & vehicles if that's something you're particular about. Lastly, don't forget to turn on the AC. Somehow, we forgot about it the first night & were sweating. I also opened the window because my bunk was further away from the AC & boxed up, both of which helped! Overall, enjoyed my experience at Iza & will stay again when visiting Enoshima!"
