"The location is around 20 min by tram. It’s not bad because we are far from the noise in the city. The staff were very friendly. The amenities could have been better. We didn’t have shampoo. Only 1 soap in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is spacious which was great! The bed is smaller than expected. Overall not bad"

The front desk service was excellent. It was a bit cold during my stay, but the room had heating, which made it very comfortable. When I reported an issue with the room, the staff immediately arranged a room change – very efficient and polite. They also provided detailed explanations about nearby attractions and safety. The only downside is that the room facilities are quite basic, with just a hanger, towels, a small table, and a bed, making it only suitable for short stays.

Strong security, access control, very responsible. The room I lived in was alone on the same day, very comfortable. A small room with two beds and a separate bathroom.

Un bon hôtel pour un court séjour. L'hôtel était propre, ma chambre était très petite, mais l'hôtel était proche du centre-ville et de la gare de Nantes. La réceptionniste était serviable. Je le recommande pour un court séjour.
