The hotel is high-end atmosphere, because of business trips, I have stayed at this hotel many times, and every experience has maintained a high standard. The check-in and check-out procedures of the young lady at the front desk were very fast. And also helped me upgrade the room, the room desk is spacious, the lighting is bright, the network speed is very fast and stable, there is no pressure to open videoconferencing, there is free indoor parking and self-service laundry, the price is very high!

The biggest feeling of staying this time is comfort! The soundproofing effect of the room is very good, and I sleep very heavy at night. The bed is hard and the pillows are very friendly to the cervical spine. The aunt in the room cleaned very carefully, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the hot water came in seconds. I lived in peace of mind and comfort.

The room itself was decent – high floor, good environment, and quite spacious with complete amenities. However, there were a few issues. The mattress was worn out; the springs were no longer firm, so it sagged when you lay on it. The toilet was a bit clogged and didn't drain well, needing to be unblocked. Also, there was no shelf or holder in the shower for shampoo, shower gel, or soap, so I had to put them on the floor where they easily got wet.

The hotel environment is very good, the room is large, clean and tidy, there is a large balcony to dry clothes, free washing machine, the room has free brand mineral water, the front desk ladies are very good at serving, it is highly recommended to stay, parking and eating are very convenient

Everything else is OK, the bed is a bit hard, the tool for shampoo in the bathroom is bad.

The front desk took the initiative to care about my needs, which made people feel very caring and the staff was very patient. It explained every detail clearly and the quiet environment made people feel at home.

Traveling here, although it looks simple, but the inside is really good, mainly very quiet, downstairs are snacks and supermarkets, a very recommended hotel
