GGuest User一進客棧就被它的環境驚艷到了。大堂寬敞明亮，裝修精緻且很有格調。房間更是乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，每一處角落都打掃得一塵不染。客棧的工作人員態度超級好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。客棧的配套設施也很完善，而且網絡信號很強，無論是在房間還公共區域都能有着非常極速的上網體驗。總體來説是一次非常不錯的入住體驗。

GGuest UserVery satisfied with a stay experience! The location of the hotel is too convenient and easy to eat. The reception was very warm and professional and the check-in was quick. The room was more spacious than expected, clean and tidy without odor, and the bedding was comfortable. The facilities are also relatively new and WiFi is fast. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. I will choose here next time and recommend it to my friends!

GGuest User為孩子考試訂的酒店，孩子就住一晚，交的按金被酒店告知要扣30元，原因為因服務員失誤未檢查到酒店掉到縫隙的酒店付費用品，説孩子用了所以要扣按金。經溝通核實，服務員又找到了掉落的該付費用品，並將按金退回了我們。希望酒店以後提升服務細節，不要因貴方紕漏問題而無端將責任推至客人身上，影響客人感受。另:酒店其他硬件方面還可以。

TTaiwanlao因為停水，衹想在附近找個酒店洗個澡，休息一下。進了房後，首先頂燈不亮，接着洗澡，發現浴室沒有燈。想想不用聯繫了，就洗個澡，那就算了。當晚沒有在酒店睡，第二天早上回去退房，打算打電話請前台讓人來查房（因為有按金）。結果電話是壞的。下樓請前台查房，告訴前枱燈是壞的，電話是壞的。前台連回一個字都沒有，當做沒聽到。在攜程用了十年，第一次住到這樣的酒店。
