GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. We called the front desk before we went. The car came down before the boss came down and instructed us to park the car. When we checked in, we led us to see the room first. The room was also our own choice, which was very good. Hotel facilities are very new and newly renovated. The boss was also very enthusiastic and gave us directions to eat and play. Overall very good and cost-effective.

GGuest UserExcellent Location: The hotel boasts a superb location in a quiet area, yet it's very close to the ancient city, making transportation extremely convenient. • Attentive Service: From the moment we arrived, a concierge proactively helped with our luggage. The front desk staff checked us in quickly and warmly, and even thoughtfully informed us of breakfast times and the Wi-Fi password. • Clean Room: The room was more spacious than I expected, spotlessly clean, with clean and comfortable bedding and a mattress of just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, and the hot water arrived quickly, washing away the day's fatigue. • Comprehensive Facilities: A garden-style hotel experience, not crowded, convenient parking, and the security guards were diligent and responsible, with the facilities well-maintained. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shache! Thank you to all the hotel staff for their hard work.

BBadayanyangyaoThe room is big, the bathroom is big, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast buffet is good, the restaurant environment is good, there are fruits, hot dishes, millet porridge, and freshly ground soybean milk. There are also free drinks and popcorn in the lobby. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. There are many buses at the door, which can go directly to tourist attractions, railway stations and passenger stations. The only drawback is that the bathroom sewage has a peculiar smell and the faucet water is a bit slow. Overall, it is good. I will stay here next time.

Breakfast is full of vegetables and no meat, but this is good. No matter what Xinjiang food is eaten outside at noon and evening, such as pilaf, skewers, and roasted buns, there is meat and no vegetables. It is good to eat more dishes in the morning.

The hotel's hardware facilities are great, the rooms are spacious, bright and clean, the layout is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the bathroom has no smell, and it is very comfortable to live. And the hotel also has supporting facilities such as foot bath, garden barbecue, music bar, etc., one-stop solution for eating, drinking and playing.
The focus is on boasting the front desk service, it is really impeccable! The front desk staff was warm and professional, the check-in speed was super fast, and they also intimately introduced me to the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions. It was also very efficient when checking out and made people feel very comfortable. They also took the initiative to help me solve some small problems, so that my journey will be more smooth, must give them a thumbs up!
In general, this stay experience is very good, the price is super high, next time you come to Shache will choose here.

GGuest UserIt is worth praising that the hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by various shopping malls and snack streets, and travel is very convenient, whether it is taking a taxi or public transportation. When checking in, the staff was friendly and the process was smooth. They also enthusiastically introduced the hotel facilities and fun places in the surrounding area. The interior of the room is warm, the bed is soft, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the quality of toiletries is acceptable.
However, there were some unsatisfactory aspects of this stay. The air conditioner in the room is noisy and it affects the quality of sleep when it is turned on at night. The hotel's Wi-Fi was not stable and the network was intermittent, which was a bit inconvenient for me who needed to handle work. In addition, although the hotel’s breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items, the taste is mostly average, and the temperature of the hot dishes is not high enough, making the eating experience poor.
