I strictly need to assess and point out this matter cause it's already the third time your hotel accepted me as your customer and if every time you still saying the same reason again, I am very sorry, your hotel's staff is not qualified to work in a hotel that could receive foreigners. Please pass this message to your hotel manager or whatever is in charge, cause I'm very offended when the staff asked me some strange questions like that.
