Heathrow Cottages B&B

Nice quiet place close to Heathrow Airport. Room was nice with all the amenities you will require. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff would recommend a stay here if your flying from London Heathrow.

Lovely family run B&B close to LHR. Convenient for early/ late flights. All rooms are spacious/ en-suite with very comfortable beds.Nice crispy white linen. It’s an d cottage with loads of character. Have stayed few times. Can highly recommend.

We decided to use Heathrow Cottages as we had a great experience last time in 2020. This time however has forced me to do my first ever negative review. Things were going well until I returned to collect my car. The car had been moved from the front of the property to the garden at rear, which looked like a building site, with planks bridging deep wide holes. The car was absolutely plastered in bird droppings and other debris, the inside footwell was covered in stones from someones muddy shoes. Alan got our cases from his car, plonked them on the ground, then seemed in a hurry to get away from us. We loaded up and left for home. Soon after arriving home I went to get the car cleaned as I was concerned about the bird droppings staining the paint. This is when I noticed damage to the sill of the car. This has been caused by the car hitting a post or similar object. If either myself or my wife had done this, we certainly would have known about it. I was unsure as to what to do, so after a couple of days I emailed Heathrow Cottages asking if they knew anything about this and maybe slipped their mind as we were away for over 2 weeks. I had no response so text messaged Alan on his mobile. I then had an email reply saying check our T&C's. You need to read these, they make no sense, keeps referring to fake watches. After another email and 2 more text messages asking if he has any knowledge of the damage occurring on his property I had not had any response from him,only to check his T&C's. I was never abusive nor once did I accuse him, all I wanted was for him to say, yes and apologise or deny any knowledge, which I would have had to accept, but he wouldn't do either. This makes me think that he has caused the damage. PLEASE, PLEASE take photos of your car on arrival and thoroughly check for damage before you leave, as he doesn't want to know you once you have left. How I wish I had. I cannot prove the damage was caused at Heathrow Cottages, but again his refusal to say either way certainly makes me think that he knows what happened.

The staff here welcomed me very nicely, even though it was supposed to be self-check-in. And they served very nice British Breakfast. The location is really good because it is very close to the station. I loved this place!

The owners were extremely kind amd welcoming! They provided us with a ton of recommendations on how to spend our stay in the London area. Their property was so quaint and cozy! Would definitely love to return in the future!
