Beware! If you have to cancel, you will not get a refund. Booked for one night and parking 6 months before flight, then our departure airport was changed so requested a refund, minus the £25 admin fee, in accordance with Mr Leggs cancellation policy. I had to contact him numerous times, via email, which he stated he had not received, strange really, as I used a email he had sent to me to reply! He requested my bank details, which I sent, still no response. Rang him, went to message, stated who I was and reason for ringing, then call terminated, so he must have been listening! Sent two recorded signed for letters, both which failed to arrive- he must have refused them. Had contact with Citizens Advice, and now going through Small claims process.
