Morning View Ranch has all the amenities you will need including a full kitchen, high-speed WIFI, 4 TVs, washer/dryer and a Gameroom. You will enjoy entertaining your family and friends in the private courtyard with an outdoor fire pit that overlooks the beautiful mountains. A perfect place for relaxation and escape. We have a large fenced in yard perfect for your furry friends with a 3 pet maximum and $75 pet fee. There is also an indoor pool that is available March-Nov. This place was amazing! Everything from the large heated pool to the cozy fire pit made our stay unforgettable. We spent hours roasting marshmallows and relaxing with the family. Ben was extremely attentive and easy to reach if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a family gathering or explore the nearby gorge.

The listing was as shown in photos. Ben is a gracious host and was always quick to reply to any messages sent via VRBO. My family loved the pool and honestly that was the selling point for us. The home is located about 2 minutes from a Save-A-Lot in case you forget anything at home, Walmart is about 30 minutes away, so not far at all. The SKYLIFT at The Red River Gorge was amazing. For the younger generation, If you're looking for an adventure, find your way to Jump Rock!

Very clean, well set up rooms, and had everything we needed. Wonderful location and the pool was great. This was our second time staying here and communication with the host is always quick and helpful. We had a great time relaxing and being close enough to anything we needed but also close enough to enjoy red river gorge. Cant wait to stay again.

The pool was awesome!!! We spent hours in the pool. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures and had everything we needed. Close to town with all the shopping you need but felt like it was out in the country.

Relaxing funfilled stay
Property was spacious, clean, and inviting. Host was very fast to reply and helpful. Plently of room for kids to spread out. Pool was large and hit all around. Easy to find and within trip to stores if you forgot anything. Very well furnished, even had pool toys and some life jackets. Can't wait to stay again. Easily became one our top rentals we have stayed at.

Great spot for exploring and pool a bonus
We had two families (4 adults and 4 youths) staying at Ben’s’ place. This was a great house for exploring Red River Gorge and the hikes in the area. The house was very clean and the pool was an added bonus for the kids when we came back from days activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms great and comfortable. For me the only minor downside was that the pictures don’t show it’s actually located along a relatively busy road which I could hear in the mornings from the bedroom BUT it was a minor point that only I really noticed of the 4 adults.Bens communication was very prompt and helpful. All in all great family vacay location.
