5 mins walk to and fro the airport. Great position! Variety of choice of breakfast.

Usual standards for a hilton hotel, clean room, comfy bed, great hot food choice for breakfast, how ever ypu get a better pastries choice in Premier inn hotels and their cheap even whwn paying for breakfast separately

So convenient after landing at 02:30,10 min walk one minute to book in,room immaculate,breakfast is fantastic from full English to continental,would book again and highly recommended

Very close to the airport - 5 minute walk if that. Rooms could do with a little attention.

Nice simple rooms. Pillows a bit soft. Restaurant very friendly and lovely staff. Food standard pub fare but no complaints

The room was quite scruffy, we had a large patch on the wall, where the paint had come off. Reported to staff but they didn't seem overly concerned

Amazing stay for the night after a long flight! The service is amazing and the staff is really helpful and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again for my next late night travels.

Small room, bed and bedside cabinets. No fridge in the room. The bed is very close to the wall. The sink in the bathroom was set back and difficult to reach. Lack of adequate tee/coffee & milk for two guests. Take away breakfast was very basic and inadequate. On the positive side, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. We were checked into our first room earlier than the allotted time. When we reported a defective hallway light in our room, we were moved to another room on the same floor. We were also given a vouched for courtesy snack. However, we felt the second room was of similar standard to the first one. Generally, the rooms looked tired. We expected a much higher standard rooms for a Hilton Hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the service is really excellent. Great selection of food and drinks, and I'm especially happy that they serve breakfast from 4am so you can get to all your destinations.

Ideal place to stay,close to airport, excellent service and restaurant

Currently the very large reception/lounge is under renovation work so not looking it's best and the bar may well be out of action. Our room was satisfactory however our shower was very low pressure so overall it was feeling a little tired. Location couldn't be better really as it's about 200m walk from the terminal

I often use this hotel when entering and leaving the UK. Great location, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast from 4am, enough time before my flight.

Arrived got a warm welcome from reception (Jessica) Quick and fluent check-in Got to my room 4th floor nice view of runway and corner of harrods biz ramp CLOSEto airport for an early morning departure Breakfast starts at 4am BUT bit of a disappointment Coffee machine Luke warm water cooked breakfast HOT PLATED not that hot Except for the Breakfast A GOOD THUMBS UP 9/10
