The hotel has spacious rooms and nice facilities. The indoor pool is quite convenient in the winter time. Good breakfast with quite a variety. The surroundings are not very interesting but it's quite close to the bay. There is a tour service just outside.

Hotel Santana Located in the heart of downtown of Paul’s bay, this hotel offers stunning views of the city and has a reputation for its exceptional service and friendly staff, for example Mr. Hicham was very helpful and friendly to us. They also offer quite a decent breakfast. We enjoyed out stay at this hotel.

Perfect location, we were on 5th floor and stayed from saturday to tuesday at last march weekend, if there were any street noises, we didn’t hear anything (our windows were located on main street), balcony was a great bonus to spend evening with pizza and wine. All shops and restaurants are in few minutes. Nice reception 24/7, delicious and various food at breakfast menu. All toiletries were included, towels and hairdryer. Additional warm blankets, but room was warm, used them for sitting outside. Huge free parking lot. Out stay I rate 10/10.

Basically a great place to stay. The room had a kettle, instant coffee, tea, and sugar. There was a hairdryer and a refrigerator, and amenities included shower gel (shampoo and body wash) and soap. The room was clean. The indoor pool was warm and just right, and the sauna was also good. Breakfast was salad, several kinds of bread, and lots of food (*boiled dishes and breads change daily*, scrambled, fried eggs, quiche, croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish. Other sweets changed little by little), especially the bacon and sausages. There was a coffee machine and a juicer, so it was enough. The location was also very good, just a few minutes from the beach. The surrounding restaurants looked good too. The lounge was also clean. The weak point is that the staff is a bit in a hurry. At breakfast, they asked me several times if they could take away plates that were not yet empty, and asked when they could start cleaning an hour before check-out. Another thing is the noise in the hallway. You can hear a lot of talking. I think it depends on the location and the other guests.

Excellent hotel to spend your holidays in Malta. Modern, clean and very nice rooms. The property has a swimming pool on the top floor accessible to all guests and also one inside that can be used during the winter. The staff is very kind and helpful, they also allow you to leave your suitcase in a special room if you arrive many hours before check-in. It is located 150 meters from the bus terminal and in 25 minutes you can get to San Julien, while in an hour you can get to the most beautiful beaches such as Paradise Bay. Furthermore, in 5/10 minutes on foot you can get to the Café de Mar. For those who have not chosen lunch and dinner in the hotel, immediately outside the hotel there are many places where there is no shortage of choices in terms of food and there are also numerous "supermarkets" (of modest size, as in the rest of the country). The only flaw, during breakfast I happened to notice how one or two pieces of bread had small drops of mold, but let's say that the general quality of the food was more than sufficient. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth choosing to stay at.

Decent level economical 4* hotel frequented by groups. It has a heated indoor swimming pool for the winter months. Another very panoramic swimming pool on the eighth floor. The food is decent, but having booked the B&B treatment, the extra dinner is a bit too expensive compared to the hotel standard.
