Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung der Wohnung, z.B. zur Golden Bay oder nach Mellieha, Raumaufteilung der Wohnung für 3-4 Personen sehr angenehm, Balkon mit toller Aussicht, schnelle problemlose Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung, Aufzug aufgrund des niedrigen engen Treppenhauses sehr angenehm.
- Außenfassade renovierungswürdig, Relativ hoher Lautstärkepegel durch Durchgangsverkehr und Baulärm, Angaben zu maximalem Gas-/ Strom-/ Wasserverbrauch teils missverständlich.

Property had all the amenities but was tired and cleanliness left a lot to be desired- ie microwave, cooker and especially the shower. Communication with the host was good and they were very responsive to an issue that we had. The neighboring apartment was in an all night party mood which made the stay less than relaxing.
