We had a wonderful stay in Unit 9 at The Palms, Mackenzie Street, St Lucia. The friendly owner, Shawn, kindly accommodated us on very short notice late on a Sunday afternoon. The unit was spotless, neat, and smelled fresh. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, with warm water and clean towels provided. They even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment can be cleaned every day during your stay, should you prefer. Parking was conveniently right in front of our unit, and everyone around us was friendly. We truly felt at home. Thank you, Shawn — we’re very happy and will definitely stay here again! Werner Zwang

A wonderful trip spent with family! St Lucia seems incredibly safe and has so much to offer: we did the hippo tour, a trip to Cap Vidal and a deep sea fishing charter out on the sea. Our accommodation was tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed plus some thoughtful extras like some boardgames and a ball for the beach. I will definitely recommend St Lucia Palms to future guests and I will be back!

We stayed in Unit 9 at St Lucia Palms and highly recommend it! The unit is private, well-maintained, and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back again soon! 🌴

Second bedroom very small and enters straight from verandah, unit is very hot in summer. Needs a fan in kitchen, kids battled to sleep in bedroom it did have a fan but the room just didn't cool down. Unit is very small and just unbearably hot. Main room is cool due to aircon. Staff are friendly.

Good location. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Suitable for family with children since the second bedroom is very small. Needs a salad bowl in the kitchen. Even if it is plastic. The walls are quite thin. We could hear all the other guests talking. All in all, we had a good stay, thank you.

The receptionist accused us of making noise without even investigating, she came & just insulted us after we told her we weren’t even there that time she concluded with saying she’ll check the cameras…no apologies when she found out we were not the ones…she wrote the apology to me at check out and acted as if she had written it earlier & it did not sent. The overall stay felt like jail.

Units are off the main street of St Lucia - can be noisy & busy. No view. Units close together & sound/voices from units alongside. Pay as you go air conditioning which you need to buy vouchers for. TV clarity poor & difficult to navigate channels. Rooms do have ceiling fans.
