Hotel in zona molto comoda, vicino alle fermate bus che ti permettono di raggiungere la valletta in poco tempo. È anche vicino a locali e casinò. Le pecche fondamentali però sono: pulizia delle camere non fatte (abbiamo lasciato gli asciugamani a terra affinché venissero cambiati e non sono stati cambiati); i letti non sono stati rifatti;i cestini non sono stati svuotati. Siamo rimasti bloccati in ascensore ma nessuno ha risposto alle innumerevoli chiamate fatte al numero di emergenza. Il personale è poco cordiale. Nella doccia c’era muffa e il divano letto era scomodo e la pelle del rivestimento tranciata

Pessima esperienza in ogni aspetto. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati con un ulteriore disservizio: le camere che ci sono state assegnate non corrispondevano a quelle prenotate su Booking, risultando decisamente inferiori rispetto al prezzo pagato. La pulizia è inesistente: anche soggiornando per più giorni, non si provvede a pulire la stanza, a cambiare gli asciugamani o a svuotare i cestini. Le finestre sono scollate, permettendo al rumore e al vento di disturbare il riposo, mentre l’ascensore si blocca ripetutamente. Per peggiorare la situazione, il numero di emergenza non funziona, lasciandoti senza alcuna assistenza quando necessario. Il personale, inoltre, si dimostra poco educato e non disponibile. L’unica nota positiva è la posizione, ma per il resto questo hotel è da evitare assolutamente. Evitatelo!

Overnight stay
Hotel was in a busy area. Despite being on 7th floor it was noisy till 5am in the morning.
Reception was closed before we arrived so we didn't see any staff till the morning but self check in worked ok.
The breakfast was basic but adequate.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. They booked a taxi to pick us up at the airport

The worst hotel I ever been to. Black mould in many places in the bathroom And we were not able to lock our door which they never fixed, so we had to move to another room. Even that new room had black mould and smelled very bad. Breakfast was so poor and bad that we have to go outside the hotel to get breakfast every morning. The staff were not friendly and helpful, and it’s very noisy outside the hotel. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Hotel carino ,posizione strategica , nel pieno della via principale , davanti una fermata dell'autobus che porta a La Valletta oppure 30 Min a piedi da sliema per per prendere il ferry. La via è molto trafficata però per chi noleggia l'auto c'è un parcheggio pubblico a 450 MT, dove ci sono i bagni pubblici. Davanti all'hotel è pieno di note catene di ristoranti economici e anche pastizzerie ( prodotti locali) Colazione buona con alcuni prodotti di qualità. Camere molto spaziose e accoglienti come nelle foto. Zona un po' rumorosa ma noi tenevamo la finestra aperta. Consigliato sia per ragazzi giovani che si vogliono divertire ma anche per persone che vogliono godersi l'isola

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per due notti ad aprile. Lascio una recensione negativa in quanto il proprietario è stato molto scorretto, ovvero: la notte tra il 27/28 aprile è scattato l’allarme anticandio (una ragazza aveva fumato in camera) e il numero dato per le emergenze non era attivo, e il giorno seguente nel fare il check out abbiamo fatto presente questa cosa ed il proprietario per scusarsi dell’accaduto ci ha detto che vi avrebbe rimborsato il 50% del prezzo della notte (premesso: non abbiamo chiesto). Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nessun rimborso e non ho mai ricevuto nessuna risposta al messaggio invita per segnalare che il bonifico non c’era. Non ci tornerò più e lo sconsiglio
