We had a nice stay but there was no pen or pencil provided in order to fill in the letter from the hotel and we did not have any dental amenities in the room other than that the rooms were amazing with good air conditioning, a minus being no smart tv in the room .

궐하내공원옆이라서 5일간 투어하는데 정말
편리 했어요.
걸어서 약10분정도면 구시가지의 유명한
관관명소나 갈라타다리 선착장,그랜드바자르등
거의 모든 명소를 찾아갈수 있어서 좋았어요.
공항에서 오는 방법도 지하2층에서 하비스트 공항버스를 타고 약 1시간 소요.
악사라이역에서 내려 바로 옆으로 이동하여 트램을 타고 4번째 궐하네공원 정류장에서 내리리면바로 50m 근처에 위치,
편리성이 정말 좋아요.
단점은 방이 좀작은것 외에는 가격부터 모든것에
만족 합니다.

We arrived at the Argento hotel last week for 4 nights ... Lady on reception was very helpful on check in We were taken to our room over the road into a separate block from the main hotel ..we booked a superior room which was clean but certainly not superior..also not sure why we were given a disabled access room!! (Room 302)..Room itself was very basic with a tiny balcony that only one person could stand on at a time..the sink was broken and hanging off the wall with broken tiles ..tea/coffee was not replenished had to wait ages for towels and pillows...There is massive building works happening next door to this hotel you will be woken at 7am every morning . Breakfast was of poor quality and basic with the hot food being cold .. Not sure how this can be advertised as a 4 star hotel ..3 at a push ... Roof top pool area is shabby ..there is no indoor pool as advertised with Love holidays...bar in reception was never open ..the street leading to the hotel is dirty ..overall very disappointing as I was with St Juliens which seems to be one massive dirty building site !!!
