I booked a room with a big window, however on arrival I was offered a room like this dark and complained to them but didn’t care at all. Was very unwelcoming staff mainly Mr Xavier (the front house supervisor). I am a business traveler and I experienced very worse and unwelcoming in a hotel for the first time. Definitely I wouldn’t book again and can’t recommend.

The experience was incredible, it is a very clean and warm place, the hotel staff was very attentive, I am delighted and if I return to Malta I would definitely stay there again.

The top floor has an unbeatable view. Now you can enjoy the sea view from the top floor. The room you stay in is newly renovated. The breakfast is rich. 5-star praise

The hotel is clean, the staff are nice and helpful.
The drive route to car park is a bit narrow and has to drive slowly and carefully. A draw back is the air conditioner cannot change from heat mode to cool as the room is a bit hot, we have to open the window. Luckily not much noise is heard during midnight.
Overall we are quit satisfy with this hotel.
