The hotel is maybe in the best location.
I was happy when i found that there is a parking for the guests with low extra cost.

Location: superb - in the heart of St Juan's, with St Julian's and St George's beaches within a 10-minute walking distance. Also, between 2 bus stops, both in the direction of Valetta and Golden Beach.
Reception: All receptionists were extremely helpful, offering recommendations and suggestions where to go and how to get there
Room cleaning: the rooms were clean; however, there was no hairdryer until asked for one.
Swimming pool: too small.
Room: Economy - the small window you see in the hotel pictures overlook the corridor in the building, i.e. there are no actual windows except for one in the bathroom

Room is fine. Location is good. Just few minutes walk to shopping mall and ******. Didn’t enjoy the breakfast. Don’t expect too much of the bathroom.

It's very good. There are many bars near the city center, which is very convenient. It costs 18 euros to take a taxi from the airport and 15 euros to go there. There are also convenient buses nearby. If you are going to the Blue Grotto, I suggest going to the Blue Grotto from the airport first, and then returning to the hotel after the fun. This way it is very convenient.

Personally, this is my second time in Malta, but my first time staying at Onix Hotel.
We had a great time, in fact we will be back.
I would give this hotel 4 stars.
Clean both in the common areas and in the individual rooms, very kind and helpful staff, very convenient location for those like us who chose to travel by bus instead of using Bolt, and the breakfast was really rich in everything.
Very useful USB 2.0 and USB C sockets on both bedside tables, so you can avoid using adapters.
Smart TV, safe, hairdryer, minibar.
I highly recommend it also for its quality/price ratio. (1/5 April)
The cherry on the cake, you are a 2 minute walk from Portomaso Casino, and a 7 minute walk from the Intercontinental Casino and the center of nightlife.
