This hotel is SCAM! Photos and actual situation are totaly different. Furniture is so old, everything is dirty. Toilet is full of hair from someone who stayed before. Pillows - brown and yellow - NO COMMENT Pool towels - dirty! We took towels from recepnt snd went to the beach… there we noticed that one towel is ruined with chemicals. When we came back to hotel we ask for clean one - yes, it is possible but with extra charges! Guys at reception - rude, arrigant, talking to you and using private phone. (especially to odler guys, one with glasses) Breakfast is solid for 3*, restoran stuff are nice :)

I stayed at the Alexandra Hotel in Malta and overall had a very good experience. The staff were excellent — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The daily room cleaning was consistent and thorough, and I really enjoyed both the indoor and rooftop pools, which were clean and relaxing. There are plenty of elevators, so you rarely have to wait long, even during busy hours. The hotel is located right in the heart of the party district, so be aware that it can get quite noisy at night — it’s ideal for younger guests who want to be close to the nightlife. Breakfast offered a great selection of pastries and cakes, which were delicious, but the scrambled eggs were honestly awful — I wouldn’t serve them even to my worst enemy. Overall, it’s a good value hotel with great service and facilities, best suited for younger travelers who don’t mind a lively atmosphere.

Our experience at the Alexandra Hotel in Malta was truly awful from start to finish. The management staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed zero interest in addressing any of our concerns during our stay. It felt like they simply didn’t care about their guests at all. The bathroom had major water pressure issues, making it difficult to even take a proper shower. On top of that, the hotel looks nothing like the photos online – it’s outdated, poorly maintained, and definitely not what we were expecting. The sauna was another huge letdown – dirty, uncomfortable, and practically useless. And to make matters worse, they actually charge you €2 just to exchange a beach towel. For a supposed “hotel,” that’s ridiculously cheap and unprofessional. Overall, this place is not worth your money or time. Save yourself the disappointment and book literally anywhere else.

This hotel is a scam please do not book it ,we booked suite with terrace and we were put in a cell that I think they filmed midnight express in , the toilet was disgusting and the shower had no pressure , the food was prison like and the images on line are not what you get AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The breakfast is really good, it is a buffet with a relatively big selection. The room is okay, comfy bed and AC. The doors are very noisy, this matters because everyone comes and goes all night. The main guests are around 20 with a loud party vibe. We were there one week, during this time we heard some alarm 3 evenings.
