Went here for a 5 night stay . It’s situated on a small street so the views are not the best but on the plus side it’s situated close to shops and bus stops etc so getting around is easy. The hotel is clean and well presented and the staff are fantastic apart from Alexis who took it upon herself to confront me in front of other guests over a pillow case my hair dye had stained .obviously I paid for it as I had damaged it but the way I was approached was unacceptle and I did make a complain to the manager about this . He made excuses for her behaviour (she was having a bad day etc ) I was having a bad day too after this. The breakfast is okay , although not a lot of choice I paid extra for this but wish I hadn’t now . There is a coffee and juice machine with drinks available 24 hours a day which was very handy . I would like to mention Alma and Vanessa who are the girls on reception they made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble when we needed help. The beds are comfy also .I would have left a 5 star review if it was not for the breakfast and pillowcase incident.

Friendly staff, clean place, regular change of bedsheets, small but good enough gym. Receptionists were always happy to help, provided fresh water, we could leave our baggages on the last day of stay to go and use either the pool or just wander around the city.

My sister actually chose this hotel and it was an exceptional choice. My sister her boyfriend our dad and myself all stayed and we were all very impressed. My sisters boyfriend had been to Malta often as a kid but for us our first time. And the place left a great impression and this hotel was part of the reason. It was close to every ammenity. The hotel itself beautiful immaculate. Rooms cozy spacious and immaculate. Cleaned regularly. The staff were all incredibly Frendly. The beds were so comfy I want to give a special thanks to Arancha she was absolutely lovely from the moment we stepped in the door. So kind and friendly. She immediately made us feel welcome and helped us with what to see. The times to avoid. How to get around. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back . I also recommend adding the breakfast. It is great value for money very well stocked. And very good quality. It includes coffee which you can get anytime. Which if your are like my dad can be costly. 5 stars all around

Staff are so nice,very helpful,rooms are fine for short break,breakfast was ok,swimming pool closed,but used one in other hotel next road over,small pool but heated and great for a dip.could do with a cold drinks vending machine in hotel other than that great stay 5stars

The hotel is in the ideal spot if you’re wanting to stay in the lively part of Malta as the restaurants and nightclubs are 5 minute walk. The staff are all so nice and have been helpful the rooms are fairly spacious the bathroom is very nice and two beaches are 10 min walk from the hotel :)
