Escape to St Julians

Never in my life have I encountered hospitality as at the "Escape to St. Julians". My girlfriend and I were there for 8 days and we are fascinated by Robert's hospitality and exceptional service for his guests. It starts with the breakfast which is incredibly rich in diverse Maltese specialities. The breakfast is different each day and every day holds a new delicious surprise. As a true Maltese Robert knows the island by heart and is happy give you many good recommendations on how to spend your day. The rooms are equipped with everything you can possibly need for a great holiday. The fresh beach towels you get every day are a true lifesaver, especially if you are traveling with hand luggage only. Every day when you return to the hotel you encounter a cleaned room with a delicious surprise waiting for you. Thank you Robert for the great service! We couldn't be more happy with our stay and are happy to return again when we visit this beautiful country the next time.

This accommodation is one of the best we ever been. Hygiene, food, accommodation... Everything was excellent, starting from welcoming through whole service overall. Robert, is one of best professional host we ever meet. We will be back for sure, very soon. Thank you once more Robert.

The B&B is in a great location, with quiet surroundings, a modern facility, and immaculately maintained property with good bus connections overlooking the town and the Mediterranean Sea with a beautiful view. The room was superbly equipped and thoroughly cleaned every day. The breakfast was deliciously varied every morning. The beds were very comfortable, with a small gift and a friendly message waiting for us in the room every evening. Robert, our host, was very attentive, considerate, and helpful, giving us many valuable tips. He picked us up at the airport, carried the luggage to our room, and drove us to the airport on the day of departure.

We spent a wonderful short break enjoying Roberts hospitality at Escape to St Julians. The personalised service was notable with Robert anticipating every need. My husband is coeliac and this posed no problem. The different treats left in our room each day also catered for this. Everything was spotlessly clean with fresh filtered water left in our room daily. Breakfast was served with a variety of local produce which changed daily. Robert picked us up from the airport free of charge for my husbands birthday and communication was prompt and easy. We highly recommend a stay at this excellent accommodation.

Hello travelers around the world 🗺️ My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Escape to St. Julians in the middle of Maltese Island. We’ve spent in this Paradise a full week and we will go back there again this weekend.That’s how impressed we were! Ruth and Robert are two great and passionate hosts with an exceptional eye for every aspect of your stay. They both have over 30 years of experience managing 5* hotels and they are so dedicated, so nice and warm persons that you’ll just wanna take them home with you. For us it was love at first sight. I will only mention a few examples of the things they’ve done for us: -being picked up from the airport by Robert himself, he even took our luggage and waited until I finished smoking and engaged with us in conversations about the accommodation and things to visit and explore on the island. -he had placed a bottle of Prosecco and two glasses in the fridge for us, way before we landed, and we also had a massage apparatus for neck and shoulders, waiting for us in the room. From his behalf, with his compliments! The room was impeccable, flawless. -he ordered good local food for us and he also set up the table for us to have dinner, he even cleaned everything after. Even if it was us that had to clean -our first night was just perfect, the accommodation is in a residential area and is so quiet there so our sleeping was great. The beds and the mattress are high quality Italian custom made. The sheets, the pillows, the blankets are all designed for comfort sleep and it feels great on skin also, so clean and comfortable. It could easily satisfy the most refined tastes. Was really hard to get out of the bed in the morning. The view outside of the balcony is astonishing, the way the sun shines on the sea and on St. Julians is breathtaking. -breakfast —＞ delicious 🤤 various local things every morning. So fresh and rich in flavors, they are buying products from the local farmers early in the morning so you’ll get 100% natural ingredients, and Ruth also prepares the fresh pastries, internationally and Maltese also, and you’ll get them warm/straight out of the oven.Something different every time. Love being Surprised every day 😮 Local cheese and local tomatoes are just gonna surprise your taste buds, together with fresh eggs from the farmers,custom prepared for you by Robert, in different ways. He even makes pancake style omelette with ham and cheese that melts on you tongue 👅. What an original idea! So tasteful! The lemons, oranges and mandarins used for pastries, smoothies and cakes are from its own garden trees! How amazing is that! It’s sooo tasty 🤤 you won’t believe it! -local tea in fancy cups, even in your room if you want it, out on the balcony. Enjoying the lovely view. The cappuccino he makes is amazingly good looking and tasty, he uses local milk and lots of chocolate /cream and cocoa. And you’ll get your espresso in a designer’s cup 🤩 just 😯.
