Spark by Hilton St. Augustine I 95

Always my go to pick!

Average. Nice staff but bare bones Hilton brand. They don't even empty the garbage in the rooms, they don't make the bed, no frills or extras. If you need anything it has to be requested. Breakfast bar was continental with boiled eggs, cereal, fruit , yogurt and coffee/juice.

It's okay for one night, I would not recommend it for multiple nights, unfortunately not the best experience. Front desk staff were never around and barely any help, our room never got checked, I ran out of toilet paper, asked for it to be replenished, housekeeping staff didn't bother (I had to take a roll from the restrooms by the lobby since they never cared), people above me were noisy stomping and running around, bed foundation squeaked and I found it was broken, and the pool I wanted to try it out but could not dare with how dirty it was.

Overall property was really nice. Room was clean which is important to us. Some of the areas around back looked like had some trash build up but nothing that distracted from the building or the rooms.

Horrible ! My room was infested with roaches. I tried getting a refund and was only offered to be refunded the incidental. When I checked out they said I would receive an email with the information and it should give me the full refund, however I am still waiting for the email. If I don’t receive the email or the refund I will be escalating this.

If Hilton is going to start putting their name on these Indian ran hotels then we can no longer expect the quality that comes with the Hilton name. Sad. Basically a renovated motel 6. Definitely not Hilton standard. Sellouts. We book a lot of Hiltons through the country, at least we now know we better look closely before we book.
