"We stayed in the ground floor 3-bed room which was bright and comfortable. the room had it's own exit to the small garden. Bathroom smallish but clean and updated with shower. The room had a good sized table and chairs if you wanted to have a meal there. Host Adrian was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental style with lots of choices of bread/waffles/pancakes/crumpet, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, youghurts, cereals etc. Location was perfect - 6 minutes with bus into St Ives and 3 diferent buses on the road right outside. We did not have a car but parking was also available close to the B&B. Safe and calm residential area with 2-3 restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. A big Tesco about 10 minutes walk was handy too."

We had breakfast served to us on the large terrace overlooking the sea. The staff – Anne, Emma, Julia and Georgia – were extremely welcoming and friendly."
