衞生：還行吧，正常的水平，哈哈哈
環境：有三層，有電梯，高層的感覺好一點，沒有那麼吵。。

床單看上去沒換過，微波爐壞的，冰箱壞的，燈也壞的，房間有一股尿騷臭味，前台服務員的態度也並不是很好，反正今後是不會再去住了

Unfortunately, I had to check out after my first night due to noise. The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud and rattled. When I turned it off, there was another high pitched electrical hum that was impossible to ignore. I spent the night with a pillow over my head. In the morning, I went to breakfast 45 minutes after service began and the coffee was cold--it was still out from the day prior. I did not enjoy my experience at this hotel and am still trying to figure out how to get a refund for the two nights I did not stay.

After taking a shower, our feet got pretty black from the dirty floor just walking to the bed!
We had a handicapped room, but the pool & jacuzzi were a flight of stairs down, and the elevator was out of service. We heard they were wonderful, wish we could have tried them.
Not the employee’s fault, but the computers were down when we tried to check in (they were updating) and we had to leave and come back about an hour later, but even then it was really slow. It would seem like the company would do its updating in the middle of night instead of 6pm, when there are lots of customers.
